The couch had dog hair all over it! There was an uneven section of cement right after I got downstairs and I tripped and fell. Skinned up my knees and hip as I was carrying my luggage to my car for check out.

I like this property as I have stayed here before. Property is nice and location is good.

Aurora at the front desk was exceptional! She welcomed us after a long haul driving day and made sure our needs were met. People like her keep us coming back. The breakfast staff and morning front desk (Aria?) were also so pleasant, and the breakfast was all we could ask for.

I didn't like all of the fees.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed the kitchen and living room. The beds are comfortable. This time, I brought my dog. Loved that dog area and poop bag dispenser with trash can. Everything was very convenient for our stay.

I wish I had known the room was on the 2nd floor, and was a walk up. We had quite a lot of luggage, and I definitely would have asked for a first floor room! I checked in late, and hadn't looked at the property layout, so I didn't know to ask.

The room was great - exactly what we needed. We did not have breakfast or use the pool.

Several tiles on bathroom floor were cracked and the sliding mirror closet doors were off runners and couldn’t slide doors.

Nice, convenient location to concert arena. Rooms, bed, kitchen nice and loved overlooking the golf course.

the room is large and comfortable. The balcony had a very nice golf course view which was sheltered and had good privacy. The breakfast had many choices and it's always much more convenient to breakfast where you are staying.

The rooms are needing a makeover and the kitchen could be better stocked with dishes and utensils The Pool area was ok, Could have had more furniture as a few pieces were worn or ripped. We also noticed that some of the few pieces there, disappeared the last few days of our stay

The breakfast was a good start to the morning, although some days there was a shortage of fruit The pool was very nice and good that we could also use the pool at the other hotel The staff were excellent and always very helpful Great location with shops and restaurants close.

Refrigerator was noisy. Bath tub drain plug out and laying on side of tub and huge glob of hair and possibly poop visible in the drain. Kitchen chair upholstery really torn up.

The facility is a bit dated and could use a spruce up. The biggest thing I was disappointed witth was that no one cleaned our room over 4 nights. No one said anything when we checked in. We had to call every other day for new towels and to dump trash.

I liked the location. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. I used the workout room everyday and was happy with the facilities. I wish they had some lighter dumbells on the rack. The room was nicely sized with a king bed and pull-out couch. Full kitchen with a large refrigeratot.

Palm Desert is a great place to stay. This room had all the amenities you find in an apartment.

Noisy intake a/c vent in one room. The maintenance staff tried to help with but they really couldn’t do much as it was a dated system and should have been placed in the living room. Dated, needing new screens, deadbolt didn’t work. Would have appreciated hand held shower head.

Loved the view of the mountains, golf course. Enjoyed a 2 bedroom suite with living room and patio! Staff was great and really tried on all counts to make our stay comfortable! Great memories from previous years of staying there with my parents!

The bed is very uncomfortable and the rug lining all came up by walking over it. Also the internet is hard to connect to on anything but your phone.

The arrival was easy and took less than 2 minutes, and getting to our room was easy. The breakfast was good i suggest making fresh waffles and the furniture was clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and easy going and quick to help. Will be back!

The room definitely needs an update. The bathroom had broken tiles and the shower had a big crack in it. Also air conditioning wouldn’t go below 70 degrees. Also colors on walls could use to be updated - just looks a little worn.

Property was nice and clean and close to shops and restaurants.
