The staff did not display the level of hospitality I'm used to. Front Desk Staff person was not welcoming at all. In my room was one wash cloth and towel. When I called down to the front desk, I was told I had to come down to the front desk a get it. This was the 3-11pm shift. My cousins and I were playing a card game in the room and a staff member came to the door and asked us to "Pipe Down". Beautiful property, but the staff could use Hospitality Training.

Angela & Erika at the front desk were great and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The facility is baby friendly, with lots of ramps and elevators for the stroller. The location is near Philladelphia, New York Airports, and surrounded by good supermarkets and restaurants. I extended my stay for 30 days.

When I booked my reservations, I specifically asked for extra towels to be provided. No extra towels were provided. There was no hand soap available in the rooms, and none of the normal toiletries that are provided by facilities that charge this much for a room. Add to that our room was right next to the guest laundromat. So anytime anyone was doing laundry it sounded like a helicopter landing in our room. It was loud, it was obnoxious, and it was not what I paid for.

It was a convenient location.

I live in the area and needed a staycation had friends coming in from out of town so we decided to book for the pool experience for the day however way too many kids in the pool and we never got to use it some kind of issue with it not being sanitary so it was closed afterwards a little disappointed. Room was low in stock with towels soap and blankets for the pull out. But overall it was ok the staff was friendly and very helpful.

When I walked in my room there was still wrappers from a black and mild still on the top of the fridge. The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned and there was water damage to the wall near the shower head. I couldn’t even get breakfast our second day because the area is so small there were too many people hovering over the food.

The location was perfect! I liked that it had a pool too.

The second bathroom was broken twice when I stayed. The janitor was creepy by asking the girls to go to penthouse suites. One of them being 15. Also there only one washer working out of three in the facility. The laundry floor is broken and in need of repair. Janitor also handled my undergarments by putting in the dryer and did ask him to.

Staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast is ok. The overall feel and CN look is clean and comfortable. I would recommend the suites to someone in my situation.

The room smelled moldy and the rug at the doorway to the bathroom was fraying. There wasn't any coffee or filters in the kitchen. Television and internet went out a few hours after we arrived and remained out the entire time causing our early departure - reservation was until 12/28 - we checked out on 12/25. The facility needs an overhaul, looking worn and outdated.

The location was great for our purposes and parking was convenient and close to the entry. The staff was pleasant and helpful when I had to print out airline boarding passes.
