Old bar of soap was left in the shower. The gym was very disappointing. What they had to offer didn’t match their listed description. Dumbbells were missing. We also paid for a King bed and it was clearly a Queen. The front desk argued that it was a king. When I asked for a fitted sheet for the pull out bed because it was missing, the front desk argued that it was in the closet with the rest of the bedding. It took a second time of telling them it was missing to get a replacement.

Great location. Very close to great shopping and restaurants. Very quiet. Perfect setup with the pull out bed for our daughter.

The pool was broken and had been for some time according to the staff at the other hotel we visited to swim, it had been broken for some time and the receptionist at the other hotel was a little negative about the whole thing.

Two rooms and little kitchen is perfect for what we needed and was ideal for us to be together and have our own spaces to be at the same time. It was pretty and well done.

Bring your own hair dryer. They have the little slow ones. Pool was out of service.

Quiet, clean. We did not have our kids with us, but they would have loved it. There is a courtyard with a basketball hoop and a mini golf hole.

The hotel was undergoing construction. It has to happen at times... and we stayed during the coldest days of winter (-12 @ one point. The air hurt) , so I'd imagine that's their least busy time. The problem was that I really wanted to swim but the pool wasn't available. They offered another option at a nearby hotel, but I never used it because the thought of going out in that cold to drive over there to swim was unappealing. I hate mentioning it because they can't really help that, and it was a temporary thing, but it did bother my stay. My daughter, sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed, had to come through our bedroom to use the bathroom... minor inconvenience for me.

The breakfast was fantastic! There were 10 extra toppings for the waffles: blueberry compote, chocolate chips, coconut chips, brown sugar, nuts, dried fruit.. I can't even remember what else. They weren't exactly the same every day, but lucky me.. they did have my favorites every day I was there.. Then there was also, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Also.. there was cereal, yogurt, meat/egg options, fruit...etc. I'm sure I'm forgetting things, but it was definitely more than adequate. I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser on the wall. Strange to say maybe.... but it's nice not to have bottles all over the shower The receptionist was so friendly and fabulous. She made it even better just by her personality and coming over at breakfast and talking to us a little when she wasn't busy. She made you feel like she was really interested in you.

the ice machine in the refrigerator was not working and from our room to the ice machine on the first floor it was a ways, not life threatening.

We have stayed here 2 times and each visit we had issues first time the TV was not working so they moved us and the second trip the ice maker was not working in the room's refrigerator so we had to have an ice bucket brought up and walked a long walk to the ice machine on the first floor. Neither of these were life threatening. Good place.

Fresh food for breakfast; didn’t care for the packaged croissant egg sandwich and container egg,spinach, cheese. Really miss having fresh cut up fruit for breakfast

I partially booked because a jacuzzi was listed as an amenity. We got there to find out that there wasn’t a jacuzzi. Breakfast was mediocre. The rooms were nice and fresh smelling, but the hallways had a stinky smell.
