How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast ran out of food! Woman in charge of breakfast was rude.
The room was spacious and mostly comfortable. The pull out sofa was dreadful however. Beds were comfortable.

Crowded parking lot due to out-of-town work vehicles. The parking lot lights were out on our side of building A. Breakfast was a bit minimal compared to other properties we've stayed at.
Good location in regards to shopping and restaurants. Nice room and great beds! The real fireplace was a nice touch too. Pet friendly.

I’m all about clean. These rooms need a deep clean, especially the bed skirts. The couch was in bad shape and there were a lot of noisy guests. Beside and above us.
The location was great and they accommodated my 2 dogs. Staff were super friendly, especially the lady working the breakfast.

The ac in our room was not cooling as it should but the front desk representative quickly assisted us
The front desk representative was super kind and welcoming she made sure that we were informed of all necessary details. The property itself was very nice spacious and cozy we definitely enjoyed the amenities also

The pet fee. I'm sure it's the industry standard, but it's still pretty steep.
We booked this room because it has a kitchenette, and we were entertaining for Thanksgiving. It worked out VERY well, and we also enjoyed the location, grounds and the breakfast.

One side of the toilet paper dispenser was hanging out of the wall.
The layout of the room. The grounds. The walk around the complex. The field of young trees growing in the field in front of the buildings.

I didn’t like the attitude of one of the staff members. She was pleasant at all. Alicia was very friendly. She made up for the rood girl.
The breakfast was nice. I wish they had a better variety of fruits. The basic fruit such an oranges and bananas were ok but I would like to have some apples and pears. Or how about a fruit medley?

Parking!!! When we went to leave in the morning we were blocked in. Someone used the oversized parking area and with 2 cars next to us getting out was HARD. The bathrooms could use a good scrubbing in the tub and the shower. Both were not very clean. Also the ice maker did not work.
The fireplace in the room was a big hit with the grandchildren. The room layout was good. We like the fact that all the rooms were inside a locked door.

Several times at night, a ventilation system switched on that was so loud that the wall and the bedhead were vibrating. Unfortunately, when I tried to call the reception/manager on duty, nobody answered.
The room is very big, has a distinctive living room and working space, and even offers a little kitchenette. It is perfect for a longer stay if you do not want to eat in restaurants all the time.

Their breakfast options were okay. they didn't have too many options for the meat selection, but it was okay at best.
The room was nicely cleaned, the a/c was very cooling as soon as you go through the entrance to your room and inside the room was cold very happy to walk inside after being in the hot sun. They had a nice basketball area for my kids to play, and the pool looked clean.

I don't mind pets but visitors with pets should not be on floors or the same rooms where visitors sleep who have allergies. I suggest a separate floor for families with pets please. My daughter's allergies were flaring up every time we walked in the hallway.
The Location was great away from too much traffic, the breakfast was such a big help with expenses, The grilling area with pool was perfect.

weekend front desk worker was a lady , she wasn’t so helpful I wanted our room cleaned she said we where on the list to be clean but no one come to clean our room just came in to take towels but never replaced with clean one, front desk lady she really didn’t care bout the issue
