Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesBreakfast food prep area was tight and congested. Selection and variety limited for a Residence Inn. Room could have used 2 TV's vs 1. Did not like that there was a nightly parking charge of $15 in an open non secure parking lot.
I liked that it was a pet friendly hotel. The room was spacious and well laid out. Pet relief area was a plus. Coffee was freshly brewed and available for early risers.⁰

United StatesWas a little hard to find with the construction around but we made it there, the couch was so so, thought it could have been a little cleaner and it was hard to find a parking spot at times but overall really enjoyed my time there
Loved the staff, the bed was great, the bedding was so clean and fresh, the refreshments in the lobby were great. Really nice breakfast selection.

United StatesSorry I put that in the wrong place the front desk staff was knowledgeable and polite.
The breakfast was the worst part of this stay. we stayed on February 16-18 which was a full house according to the front desk they didn’t have plates or cups for the breakfast and there were no eggs the whole time we were there. Two waffle makers with lots and lots of people waiting. There was only one girl trying to put everything out, and there was no way she could handle that many people by herself.

United StatesNo complaints, except for the $12/night parking fee they began charging a few years ago.
We like a mini-vacation at the hot springs now & then and this is our go-to hotel. Very comfortable and convenient, with coffee in the lobby, full breakfast included, and a well equipped kitchenette. The room rates began to skyrocket during the Pandemic and have stayed high, but this is true of all the other high end hotel choices in the area. Breakfast is extensive and excellent. They will stock your kitchenette with staples if you ask, so it is a good choice for business travellers as well as tourists. The indoor pool and hot tub are a free alternative to the high prices at the hot springs and are good for small children.

United StatesIt isn't cheap. The $100 per stay pet fee alone is more than twice what I've paid at any other hotel, including a Four Seasons. It's ridiculous for an already not cheap hotel.
Fantastic location and very clean. The site was huge. I wanted to stay another day but couldn't.

PolandThe breakfast is pretty modest and not so healthy. A waffle making station was a highlight of breakfast but if you are looking for healthy options, your best choice is probably oatmeal, bagels and fruit. In case this is not enough - you will probably have to stock your in-room kitchen with good food from supermarket. On the other hand they had a very good station with coffee and tea - very good choice of that.
For this area it was a pretty good affordable option. The hotel was close to the slopes, Aspen and Vale were just an hour drive. We were able to rent skis i the town for much cheaper than what we would pay in Aspen. The town was nice and cozy - had pretty good shops, amenities and (cheap) restaurants with good food. The location of the town is also very convenient - very easy drive from highway. The hotel had everything you need for a longer stay. Rooms are comfortable, had kitchen, nice tv with Netflix and Youtube, comfortable bed and a big sofa. It was a good place to relax after hitting the slopes. The hotel lobby is very nice and new (it has a fireplace!). There is a firepit outside. We never got to go to the gym, pool or spa but they looked nice when we were walking by. The staff was extremely nice and friendly.

United StatesPrice was too high for one night. My room smelled odd, bathrooms were filthy and front desk wasn’t kind. I’ve never left a negative review before. Base boards were dirty, bathroom mirror had some brown sticky stuff on the left bottom corner. And witnesses a front desk person be rude to someone smh. Room above had kids running late. Made no sense for 400.00 solar for one night. I’m disappointed

United StatesWe were charged $100 nonrefundable deposit for our small (12 lbs) dog. I understand that there are some irresponsible pet owners who travel with animals that can be noisy and/or destructive to hotel property. It is unfortunate that those of us with well-behaved dogs that do not cause problems have to "pay" for the inconsiderate actions of others. I wish there was a "good dog" certificate that hotels (and/or booking apps) could award for pets in order to waive any pet fees. Perhaps a pet travel insurance plan with a low one-time premium.
This was a perfect studio room for a couple traveling with a small dog. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, with enough (paid) parking close by the entrances. It was close to shopping, dining, and family attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean, as well as conveniently located by the exit on the first floor. The bed was quite comfortable; there were lots of quality linens available; and, the kitchenette was well-appointed with a nice table and chairs. There was a lot of closet and dresser space for several nights. The large heated indoor pool was also a plus. From check-in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay there again!
