Only pet peeve I have is the high dog fee. Our stay was $199 and the dog fee was $100 bucks. It’s over half the price. And only stayed one night. With a dog who was technically an ESA. 7lb well behaved and well trained dog who even the woman at the front desk said was so well behaved, quiet and calm. We’ve stayed at plenty of other Marriott’s and other very nice hotels all over the US including downtown Nashville and downtown Chicago (our home town) as well that are free for dogs. I totally understand refundable/damage deposits but a 50% nonrefundable fee is a hard pill to swallow. It’s my one and only complaint with the hotel.

Everything was great from the time we walked in the door to check in, till the time we checked out. Really don't think we could of asked for a better experience. Everyone was friendly, the room was great. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful location love the property staff was amazing but there was no food at breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing. Waited for almost an hour. There were no eggs no potatoes no meat. Wound up having to go elsewhere to eat breakfast.

I booked a room for a concert I was attending. The room was gorgeous and everything anyone would need to stay for a while. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping staff were excellent. Room and supplies were always clean and available. Breakfast had a variety of foods and was delicious. Pool was wonderful since the weather was so hot. Workout room was always clean and the equipment in the room was sufficient for the stay. Location was great! Close to shopping and downtown Franklin. Front desk staff were always accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Overall it was awesome.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet and large. Bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. Closet space. Decent sized kitchen if needed. Pet friendly, but you'd never know a pet stayed there. So clean. No bright lights shining in your room to keep you awake. Thick walls so you couldn't hear other guests. It's worth the money to stay here and I'd stay here again and again.

We had last minute changes that we had to make to our reservation and the people that we worked with were really understanding and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast here was very enjoyable, offering a wide selection of food to choose from for various types of diets.

The shower design is not a good idea. Water sprays out pass the glass and get the floor and surrounding area wet. The bathroom had a touch of mildew smell.

Location was great for us, since we were here to visit Nashville and, especially, the Franklin Rodeo! You can walk to the rodeo from the hotel, just 20 minutes away, and a decent path on the side of the road to get there. The room and all the facilities were splendid. We enjoyed the big size room, quite big screen TV (I think 55" of 65") on practical mount to swivel from sleep to living area. Comfy beds and large desk. Very nice to stay multiple nights. You have everything you could possibly need!

It’s a little confusing to wind down and around to find, but a neat community overall.

The lobby and outside sitting areas around the pool were great! The suite was an excellent setup!!

Ok it's bean a month now and I'm still waiting for a refund I used booking.com and was double charged!! Issue hasn't been resolved yet on the hotel side of things. When I arrived at the hotel on Friday they said it was not paid for I said how could this be I was paid in full I have a reservation number so they charged me at the front desk as well as already paying on booking.com hoping this issue gets resolved soon starting to get very frustrated!!

I purposely booked this hotel because of the room size it was like being in a mini condo only thing I wish I would have done differently is not accidentally gotten a handicap shower it has no door pretty poor design it allows water to get on the floor had a bunch of towels to prevent this.
