The frozen meal I purchased had over a quarter of an inch of frost on it signifying it had been there a long time. It was inedible.

All of the staff check in, check out, maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast were the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. They were prompt and always courteous. Breakfast was decent and I like the wide selection of topping for my oatmeal.

We got downgraded to a much smaller suite at check in, a disability room. Breakfast was routine. The icemaker didn't work. And the product dispensers didn't work,or were empty.

The fact that I had prepaid for my room on Booking.com and when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room was not paid for so my card was swiped once again. I HAVE BEEN BILLED TWICE FOR THE SAME ROOM!!!

The location was very peacefull and ALL of the staff that we came in contact with were professional and courteous; we felt right at home.

There was a slight pet odor and I really don't like the fact that there is no daily housekeeping/maid service. Last, there were some minor issues with doors in the suite - overall, the hotel didn't disappoint. I love R.I.

Easy to find, loved the double bedroom suite. Always love the set up of the suites and the fact that I can control the temperature and make my own meals. Love the R.I.

Room 220 needs to have all vents cleaned. Lots of "dust bunnies" causing my allergies to go crazy. Also, the shower curtain needs to be cleaned as well.

This stay was not quite as pleasant … there were some guests who were participating in some drug activity and the smell was coming through the vents into our room. When letting the staff on duty know of the issue they acted almost as if we should just deal with it. This hotel is not a cheap stay by any means so that was a little disappointing. We also did not feel quite as welcome this time around by staff while in passing we weren’t greeted in the mornings like we normally would be and were never once asked about our stay. Our bathroom was not very clean either but we managed.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and always had a pleasant experience I love the outdoor fire pit and the breakfast is actually pretty good and is kept stocked and cleaned.

Surprised by $100 pet fee for 1 night! I messaged the facility repeatedly before I arrived and got no response. Had no choice to stay there but my selection would have been different if I had known how high the fee was.

Discriminated against me and my partner, property ast general Mgr lied to me and gave me award points that do not really help any thing unless I spend upwards too a thousand dollars to even gain a free night!
