The lights and electrical outlets in room did not work The main A/C unit was off and a window air conditioner had been installed - it did not keep the room cool

The first time we stayed here we were extremely happy with the room. Three years later it seems as though things are starting to age and not being as well maintained. Our air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly, the room sofa had a decent sized stain on it, unsure of the last time the carpets and upholstery have been cleaned in assuming there was possibly some cat fur or dander present because our daughter came to the room to visit and she began having an allergic attack. Light fixtures need attention, the mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. I will of course respectfully discuss my concerns with the front desk but wanted to provide an honest review

Room had dead bugs on sink. No extra bedding for couch. Only 2 towels even though specified 3 adults.

We've stayed at this location multiple times and the quality of rooms varies. It seems like renovations are being attempted in some spaces, but other spaces (like our room this time) could definitely use some updating! The main bed and the pull-out (for the grandkids) were not at all comfortable. Also, the spa/hot tub in the pool space has not been functional for at least 4 years, yet there is only a flimsy netting as barrier to that part of the space! A better barrier is need for safety, especially since children are the frequent visitors to the pool space.

Staff was friendly and interacted with us ( & grandkids) whenever we were in public spaces. Breakfast was nice and included something for everyone. The grandkids especially loved the pool. The accessibility to the pond (with walking path around) was a fun way to be outside and enjoy nature, too (when the weather cooperated!).

TV in Living room needs to be replaced, its about to go out. Has lines going down the screen as you are watching TV. Fire place is not working. Needs some updates. Pool was a little on the chilly side and the hot tub was not functioning. The rate was high for these conditions.

This was a great little place to stay! We stayed for one night and the staff was great, everyone was very friendly, even other guests were very cheery! Nice, clean room with lots of ammenities. Not sure, but I think it may have had soft water too? Good breakfast! The thing I liked the most was the surrounding area. Easy to get to off the interstate, but they are on a pretty quiet road with a nice, shaded path to walk around a small lake out front. I saw a playground out of our window, I think that was accessible for guests, but didn't verify. I brought my small dog and the place was super pet-friendly. They had doggy bags by the door and a corresponding waste container outside the door. I'm a local and just used this for a family get-together, but I will definitely recommend it to others and keep it mind for the future.

Nice location, clean and spacious rooms; lovely lake across the small street hotel faces, where people were walking dogs, fishing, etc. Small basketball court just outside the pool and very nice continental breakfast.

The hotel location was perfect. The outside of the hotel was nice and you could tell the grounds are kept. The sheet on the main bed had a stain on it. The bathroom could’ve have been cleaner. The property is old and Marriott needs to invest in doing a renovation.

The guest staff upon check in was very friendly, efficient and a please to speak to.

Our room lacked attention to detail in cleaning. There were hair clippings in the bathroom drawer, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The bathroom tile grout was filthy. Also, In my mother’s room, the wardrobe mirror was shattered, but still hung to cover the closet. That did not seem safe to me.

the front desk staff were all very professional and helpful. The layout and space in our studio room was nice!
