How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

dirty dishes in dishwaher.
good location well maintained grounds with outdoor patio with gas grill, basketball court and swimming pool. interior was very nice.

The property was having some restoration work done outside on the building therefore there was quite a bit of traffic outside the windows of the room we were staying in. No fault of the property, but somehow it should be noted some where before booking
Location was prefect!! Everything (restaurant and shopping) was within walking distance

The gentleman at the front desk helped us without a problem, however, he was quite rude to the people ahead of us and then made comments to us about them. Very unprofessional.

The pool was useless to us because it isn't heated and was far too cool to even get into during our stay. That was very disappointing, but our only major complaint.
Overall a good stay. Staff was fantastic! Room was clean, comfortable and served our needs well. Welcome snack/water packets were very appreciated and a super nice touch!

I saw 2 brown roaches under the tv when I rotated tv. One spider in bathroom behind door old nasty pet covered in cat or dog hair in the sitting area

There was a small gold jewellery thing we found in our bed. Also the coffee maker wasn’t cleaned as I found the previous person in the room had coffee and the staff didn’t clean out the coffee maker.

0530 fire alarm. Meet and greet w neighbors, their poor dogs, and Dothan FD. It took 1.5 hours to silence the alarm. Fortunately I carry earplugs. Any adjustment for a faulty sprinkler??

Awoke middle of night by fire alarm very loud that couldn’t be turned off Had to exit motel and stand outside in parking lot for several hours.Fire dept came and checked all rooms and no fire was found.Supposidly there was a plumbing leak somewhere The fire department wouldn’t do anything about this.Said someone else,a plumber would need to be called All this time the loud alarm continued.After this had continued for several hours and it was early morning and loud alarm continued there was no way we were going to be able to get back to sleep.So we decided to pack up and leave.Tried to talk to someone about compensation for our terrible night but go no response from staff and message left for manager Tiffany was not responded to.

The room could have been cleaner so as not to have spiders and bugs. The toaster did not work. The breakfast area was dirty and one morning the coffee was contaminated and couldn't be consumed. The silverware was filthy with remnants of food still on the knife and fork.
The room was adequate with exceptions.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. The bananas were old, the coffee was just okay and it was not very clean.
The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Housekeeping was phenomenal!! We evacuated from the hurricane and housekeeping kept our spirits up thw entire stay. The ladies made sure we had everything we needed and more!! Definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The lights did not work in the room and wasn't able to be repaired. We went the entire stay without working lights in the living room and kitchen. These things should be checked before rooms are occupied by guest. Because I didn't feel comfortable with some stranger in my room after dark I was told that they could move me to another room on my last night of stay, but that's all that could be done!

The hallways were old and dark. The room was not clean. Found a dirty towel and trash in the closet. Hairs in the shower, bug on the floor.
