Location! Was very clean & comfortable. On site restaurant and bar was nice. Hot breakfast included with stay was awesome. Again staying next door to the Stadium to attend a concert was just so nice. It made the whole experience great. No overpriced parking to deal with. No long walks from wherever you did have to park. Just step out of the lobby and walk across the street, your there!!

The staff was not helpful. I inconvenienced the front end evening staff by purchasing drinks at their market. she was not happy when I interrupted the front end person's personal phone call when I needed to ask for ice. Oh, they don't have Ice machines.

There was several smoke alarms going off all night in the hallways and other rooms. Drove us nuts. The bed was uncomfortable for my back issues.

It was pretty expensive due to several area events.

The breakfast buffet was better than most with included breakfast, nice offering to create your own yogurt parfait. Nice coffee/tea bar with a couple of syrups and ability to make iced coffee. Room was huge with a large bathroom and very quiet. Location couldn’t be any more perfect for events at Bank of America stadium.

The parking garage was confusing to me. We had to get a ticket from the front desk or something. We did not understand that and it was not explained well by the front desk staff at the hotel. We paid an extra $10 to get out of the garage one day, when we just supposed to get a ticket from the hotel front desk. We don't travel much & it was very confusing.

Can't think of a thing.

Staff was super friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely concerned that our stay had been a good one. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept the serving area and tables clean and neat. Visit was about as close to perfect as it could have been. Bed and pillows were great (I had to remove the pillowcase to check the brand as I'm moving and want great pillows for our new place.

I will not complain.All was well.I will say I wish my bed was a king.I had a suite.It was very nice, though.

I brought my son to see the Chargers play.It was a great time.I love the location and cleanliness.My favorite thing was the customer service.The young lady at the front desk was awesome.We ate at the bar for dinner.The food was good and the service was amazing.Looking forward to my next stay.

Breakfast ended 9.30 sharp although there were big long lines for a very long time and not enough seating. (After GameDay and 4th of July, maybe good idea to extend breakfast another half hour)

We were not informed that there would be construction happening and that breakfast would be a grab and go. Maybe guests could have been given vouchers to have breaksfast off property or be refunded the breakfast portion of the booking and have the choice to go out for breakfast.
