They ran out of extra pillows being it was a lot of people staying they said.

I liked that the room was spacious and the kitchenette was stacked. My kids enjoyed themselves and was happy to be able to connect to Netflix on the TV. We traveled for my daughter state track meet in staten island, the drive wasn't bad at all.

I didn't like that the pool was freezing even they say it was heated... It was very diificult to navigate to our rooms. My father is 80. We were on the very end unit all the way in the back. Because My father is feeble and older, It took him quite a while to walk to and from the room after breakfast. He also was disoriented because it was a square and it took him a while to bear his senses and figure out his directions. Another thing is we could smell the weed from on the elevator which was very strong. I am guessing we were in an older unit as the couches were not comfortable and older. The rooms and kitchen were very clean. The bed linens smelled nice and clean. (Trust me, I have been to ones where they smelled like they weren't even changed. )

Location was great and near to the Mall. It was near to local shops Dollar Tree, Walmart, Shop Rite and Panda Express. Breakfast was amazing and hot. It was served fresh. They had a variety to choose from including scrambled eggs, sandwiches. Prepare your own way oatmeal, bacon, eggs, drinks, Milk, juice and cereal, even yogurt, along with a variety of toppings. I wish they had fresh fruit. I think they had 2 bananas and orange. I wish there was a fresh fruit option as my children were looking for it. All in all, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The sitting area was cozy. My children played basketball in their outdoor court. There was a hole in the fence so the ball kept rolling out. If ever in the future, maybe they could have a Starbucks or hot coffee/ chocolate station 24 hours would be amazing. I wanted to use the business station to work, but it was out in the open; definitely not a workspace. That would make this even more worthwhile. Other than that, a great stay. I would definitely come back.

Boiler failed so had a COLD shower one morning. Woken up at 5am twice to loud Music from a residence car parked outside.

I was a little disappointed that The pool was closed that Sunday morning. I was not able to use the pool that morning when I woke up nor was I able to use it that Saturday when I checked in because the pool was fully occupied with children the night when I checked in

Wish the rooms where soundproof. People above us were playing loud music and running thru the hallway. Couldn't use the frying pan because it was so warped only the middle of the pan heated up.

Everything was great. Room was clean, we had plenty of room for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. Staff was always smiling and friendly.

They did not have a room for us! We had to find accommodation somewhere else. The staff couldn’t get the rooms ready, made us wait until 530 pm until agreeing to cancel the reservation and we were left to fend for ourselves.

The room was huge! The full size fridge was excellent..The heated pool was a bonus

There was mold in the bathroom, found a dirty tissue from previous guests, cigarette smoke smell throughout the hallways and in our room as well as being able to hear a team full of kids playing basketball until midnight.
