We ended up letting the room stay cold because the heater was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on - it's in a closet next to the bed and that was wierd.

I like the finishes in the rooms and the way the room was set up. Good use of space and very comfortable.

The view from our window was of the rundown house in front of the hotel, which was full of scattered junk.

The hotel was very nice. The room was nice and big. The complimentary breakfast was good. It has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and a nice firepit.

Sofa wasn‘t made for sleeping, the „matress“ was so thin, you could feel every spring- at the end we squeezed ourselves in the bed, which was too small for 2 adults & 1 child.

The turkey sausage was dry and didn’t taste good. Maybe a different brand might help. The mattress for the sofa was very uncomfortable.

It was a wonderful place I was able to use the stove and the facilities which were in the rooms. It was a weekend of air show so it was quite quite expensive. Other than that was a wonderful place and a good location. The people were wonderful.

We changed rooms initially because the mattress on the sofa bed was really thin. It’s just finer for kids but wouldn’t be acceptable for adults.

The staff was exceptional and helpful - Joanne was so great! The beds were extremely comfortable and Marriott offers one of the best breakfasts you’ll find! The gym is also one of the best I’ve been to. I’m willing to pay a bit extra for these conveniences but we still got a great rate.

I’ve booked with this property twice in the last 3 months and both times they had cancelled my reservation the day I was to check in. The worst part is they notified me after 7pm the day of check in (I was getting in late). Apparently this property overbooks their hotel and typically displaces people. Thankfully the Courtyard Marriott next door had availability both times and they are fantastic. The Residence has been the only hotel to call me last minute to tell me they didn’t have a room for me, one saying they overbooked and the last time it was a “plumbing issue”. Not to mention I had been taking care of a family member at a hospital the first time they cancelled, plus the second cancellation my family and I were in town for a funeral. No one should be displaced from a hotel at 7pm at night.

Great place to stay. The staff are all so nice! We got off the road early, the front desk host, Hope let us check in early. Room was completely clean, with everything needed. Great stay as always at Residence Inn.

Urgent Complaint – Displacement from Reservation on May 19 Despite Active Danger and Disability To Whom It May Concern, I had a confirmed reservation scheduled for May 19 at your property, but someone appears to have tampered with or edited my booking, resulting in my displacement during a moment of serious personal crisis. I am a human trafficking victim and disabled, and your failure to uphold my reservation put me in direct danger. Although the individual who answered the phone was polite and redirected me elsewhere, the fact remains: I had a reservation, you had rooms available, and I was denied safety. That decision forced me to leave town unexpectedly, which may have ultimately been for the best, but you left me vulnerable at a time when I needed protection. I am formally requesting an investigation into: 1. Why my reservation was altered or not honored. 2. Whether I was charged despite not being allowed to stay. 3. Why no one took accountability in the moment to correct the situation. I hope Marriott will take this seriously—not just as a customer service issue, but as a matter of human rights and safety. I ask that you review this situation with urgency, and I hope that in the future, no guest—especially one fleeing danger—will ever be denied a confirmed room again. Sincerely,
