the package for new year's I wasn't told at the front desk about the package, so my kids couldn't swim so they missed out on swimming you have to purchase the package to swim which is dumb.

I paid for my room 2 days in advanced and still when we got there we got a handicap room when I asked for another room they said they were sold out and that was all that was left. He didn’t care to even say sorry or anything. Rude poor customer service

1) Location was grim (right off highway, industrial feel) 2) OK this will seem super entitled but here me out: when I checked in I was told we'd been upgraded. Great! I've never had that happen before, how nice. The room they put us in was huge (kitchenette, separate TV/couch/desk area from bedroom, giant bathroom), very nice. Thing is, we were just staying one night and it was already past dinner so all that stuff was mostly useless for us and the room was designed for people needing physical assistance, which means first floor near the exit (very noisy) and a huge shower with very low water pressure. Honestly would have been much better off in a normal room.

The parking spaces are small and should be wider. Sometimes there aren’t enough parking spaces. The value of the rooms is sometimes outrageous. The shower needs a door so the bathroom floor doesn’t get wet.

It’s a little home away from home. Breakfast is awesome. The staff are super friendly. The beds are comfortable. Love the little kitchen.

The staff was not as knowledgeable as I would liked about the surrounding area. You have to ask for room service at the front desk. If you do your homework before you go this would not be an issue

There is something to say about a busy hotel. The breakfast scene was crowded but quick turn over everyday. The room was spacious & clean. Wifi worked excellent. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed.

Hotel didn't have a proper breakfast items for people who are vegetarian. You need to consider that in a hotel all types of guests will come and if you don't offer food of their taste, nobody will like it. Keep vegetarian food as well.

The light fixture over the table was very dim and I asked to have it replaced but nobody came. The parking spaces are very small and you can't open your car door all the way (this is a problem all over Rapid City except for Sam's Club).

Breakfast was great. I loved that there was a bathtub to relax in (it was small but doable). It's a home away from home. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Excessive pool charge and most features were under construction, upfront room charges that were never incurred. Highest pet charge I have ever paid. Worst breakfast offerings, unfriendly breakfast servers.

Outer doors never secure. Added a room charge of 20 dollars per night at beginning of stay but did resolve that later. Excessive charges for pool access with confusing charges.

There was no bar and so no focal point as reception was featureless. We had an early flight on the Saturday and breakfast is not served until 7am. The shower was curious as the glass partion wasn't wide enough. The access to the area was difficult in the dark and not very well signposted.

The rooms were very generous and would have been suitable for a longer stay. It adjoins the local indoor water park if that is you sort of thing. Parking was easy and close to the room.
