We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNeed sugar dispensers for the coffee not the tiny little packages, the shower design is terrible, you can't keep from getting water on the floor or soaking the floor mat/towel. The opening needs to be smaller or a second piece of glass to make a sliding door. The maid needs to learn to read her list and not enter rooms unannounced when the room is NOT on her check out list and not ready for cleaning. SOMEONE at Marriott needs to look into sleep number beds, SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!
We have been staying here since it opened. We do enjoy the hotel but there are usually 1 or two little things that keep it from getting 100%

United StatesI asked for a 2 room suite meaning a living room kitchen combo with seperate bedroom. I asked the check in clerk a few times if that's the room I was getting since I paid over $200/ a night and she consistently said yes but I did not. The room I was given was very nice & somewhat roomy, it's had a full kitchen , living area& 2 king beds all together. That's the only complaint I have.
The building itself was very nice & clean. It is close to shopping eateries & hospital. Close access to hwy.

NetherlandsLet me start by saying that I rarely write bad reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I feel compelled to share it. My stay at the Residence Inn from July 9th to 12th, 2024, was supposed to be a straightforward business trip, but it turned into a nightmare due to the incompetence of both the hotel and Booking.com. Originally, I was supposed to check in on July 7th and stay until the 12th. However, due to a severe hurricane in Southeast Texas, it was impossible to drive safely on July 7th and 8th, so I had to remain in Houston until conditions improved. I contacted the Residence Inn to change my booking to start on July 9th instead, and they assured me that it would be no problem, given the unforeseen circumstances. I eventually stayed at the hotel from July 9th to 12th, and at the end of my stay, I received an updated invoice reflecting the shorter stay—a difference of $400. I was relieved that the hotel acknowledged the situation and adjusted the price accordingly. But that’s where the relief ended. Despite the hotel making the adjustment, Booking.com charged me for the full five-night stay. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with a brick wall of unhelpful representatives who either couldn’t or wouldn’t assist me. I made several calls, spent hours on hold, and explained my situation repeatedly, but no one took action to correct the error. It became clear that they had no intention of resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the hotel was equally uncooperative. Despite supposedly correcting the invoice, they failed to communicate the change to Booking.com or provide the necessary confirmation to rectify the billing error. It’s now a month and a half later, and I’m still out $400, with no resolution in sight. This experience has been an utter disaster. The lack of accountability from both the hotel and Booking.com is astounding.
