The room looked worn and needed some updating. The room felt damp and so were the bed sheets. The air conditioner was noisy and although the temperature read 66 it didn’t feel like it. One morning we went to breakfast but the juice machine was out of order which I understand can happen but there wasn’t any water available only coffee. There was a staff member who I came in contact with that I greeted with a smile but she had a grumpy look about her so I wasn’t going to ask her any questions or for water. The food offered was good.

The lawn was well maintained.

Not a lot. It is a dated property and difficult to get to. The room wells well used and it had no toilet paper. The side doors that should be able to open with a room key did not work.. I wa told that was intentional. Front desk person seemed ok with the basics but lacked customer service. It was a disappointing visit given the global brand.

The breakfast was not good, did not have any real options, not even waffles. The location has a closed down mall around the corner which shows a declining area.

The hotel is a little dated and needs refinishing. The hotel is clean.

I didn’t like breakfast closing early at 9. Wish it could be open till 10. The little snack are needed to be stocked with more items. hardly anything in the freezer. I was so ashamed that housekeeping could not put a trash liner in kitchen trash. they could not even notice that one light over the kitchen table was out as well as the one on the left side of the bed. They need to make sure there is a fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. we about out our first day there. asked the front desk to get housekeeping to put more toilet paper in our room as we could not find a housekeeper anywhere on our floor, only the cleaning cart. The lady at the front desk said she would let them know. We returned later that evening to find no toilet paper. My husband went down to front desk to ask for some and they couldn’t find any. five minutes later a knock on the door. we opened it to find two almost empty rolls of toilet paper sit on the door handle. The bathroom floor could have been swept better. Any hotel I ever stayed at in the past always had fresh new bottles of shampoo, soap, conditioner, and body lotion. They had shampoo, conditioner and soap in tall bottles stuck to the walls all half used. I find it unsanitary! Also, the lady at the front desk the next morning was the same lady that was checked us in at 4pm the day before. She was not friendly, and looked very tired like she had just pulled an 18 hour shift. We could not Check in earlier then scheduled as they are remodeling half of the hotel.

I liked the liked the location being not to far away from Midwest City. The king bed was comfortable. The kitchen was clean.

Rude .not clean .only clean rooms every 3 days .they did not co.e to me .staff was very rude..took my towels would not give more. Next morning had to argue with front desk to get towels .they gave e me 3 ot towels omly...would not let me use vacume.washers were broke .pool broke. People in parking lot selling drugs and sex a d found drug pipe in my room.in drawer. This place is not up to your standard. .night person gripped me out when I was smoking weed with desk attn in parking lot .

Didn't get to stay there. Staff were very rude on our arrival. I am guessing some sort of error happened when I booked online and 2 rooms got booked. I said I only needed 1. Where I continually got told 2 rooms are booked. Then her reply was. Do you want me to cancel both rooms. I said yes let's do that and I went to another hotel

Building very old no ice bucket in room no ice machine available for guest room had broken shades broken lamps rips in carpet overhead light in room didn't work most of the time. Exterior doʻr looks did not work with key card breakfast was late coffee I had to sak for because it was late staff was told not to fix coffee and to stay in his own lane basically forget the guest

It was quiet, Texas Road house is within walking distance, The staff was really nice and helpful. I would definitely be back if I come to Oklahoma City again.

The room looked ok at first it was not ready for guests. 1) There was no soap in the shower. The pump top container for soap was there but I was empty. We had to shower with shampoo which was there. My wife went to use a coffee cup and it was unwashed

This hotel is in a bad location where it looks like most businesses have moved, leave the spaces empty. I would be fearful iThe outside of the hotel appears inviting and fresh.

The pool was out of order and that was the reason we were there with our kids. It should have been said on the website. My room had dirty towels and no toilet paper. The wifi didn't work and I felt like things were crawling on me all night.
