Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBecause is for long stays and it is equipped for that purpose, it appears there is no restaurant that can offer dinner. This is the only draw back we found. Although this specific location had a Marriott across the other side of parking lot, with a restaurant we were able to use.
The breakfast was excellent, there was very little else that could have been included. The choices were many, and the quality of the food was good. Would definitely recommend the Residence Inn. It is perfect for families with young children.

JapanThe shower temperature was hard to adjust, and a handheld shower would have been nice. I expected daily room cleaning, but it wasn’t done — only the towels were changed upon request. I wasn’t aware that housekeeping wouldn’t be provided automatically.
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the free shuttle was a big help — I didn’t have to walk with my heavy suitcase. As other reviews mentioned, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they responded to almost all of my requests.
