Leftover paper towels and toilet paper from previous guest, I literally ran out of paper towels for an overnight stay. No fitted sheet on the bed and the flat sheet was too small to tuck underneath the mattress. Mattress was literally exposed.

I liked the set up of the room…a few things cld have been better… for example I had less than a half a roll of paper towels and toilet paper…I thought a fresh roll of both would be more sanitary instead of using leftovers from previous guest.

This hotel has roaches and is aware of it. Also the entry door is jammed and we have to pull hard to open it. A fire risk for sure!!

Floors in the room were really dirty, especially in the kitchen. The bottoms of our socks were all black. The mattress was way too firm and I woke up stiff and sore each morning. After 4 nights, my neck and back were both twinged. The halls in the hotel frequently smelled really strongly of marijuana and on numerous occasions, our room reeked of it too. The continental breakfast each morning was exactly the same with no variety. I expected a lot more of a Marriott property.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! There was plenty of parking available. Coffee was pretty good. The AC in the room worked really well.

my sofa bed was broken, kids had to sleep with me and hubby in a queen bed, hubby was tired just arriving from overseas, so we did not feel like moving rooms after 11pm at bedtime, wasn't asked to do a credit or anything. not satisfied at all for the price...

Although we had a reservation through booking.com, which booking.com claimed was confirmed, the hotel said they had no reservation for us and all rooms were sold out. My 73 year old, diabetic mother was left stranded in the middle of the night with no where to go. Both booking.com and the hotel point the finger at each other and take no responsibility. I am furious with both. Buyer beware - don't book with either this hotel or booking.com. They DON'T CARE! I can't even get a manager to call me about this.

Room was disgusting in the living area. Couch had numerous stains, food particles and other unknown substance. Should have separate toilet area from the shower area. No one could use while someone was in the shower. Dishes were not clean and freezer area was not taken care of. We tried to switch rooms but the other rooms were just as dirty if not worse.

The room smelled like mildew. The carpets were old and felt wet. Wore shoes the whole time! The vents were filthy and the air quality was terrible! Definitely not worth what I paid for the night!

The front desk was nice. that’s it.
