Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was nice and the room was exceptional. You need a rubber scrapper (spatula) as a kitchen tool.

Clean, friendly staff, private entrance, all the amenities…price was good comparatively for the location! Not far from many fun, beautiful things to see and do!

United StatesNothing not to like! We were pleasantly surprised by everything. The location was convenient to downtown Holland where we were attending a wedding. We had to bring our dog and we had a first floor room with easy access to all of the wide open areas to walk him around the hotel. They supplied doggie Pickup bags. We saw other dogs but never heard any barking etc during the night. Nice staff as well.
Breakfast was simple (egg sausage sandwich, apples, coffee , cold cereal options. All we needed for grab and go.

United StatesThe price was outrageous! We reported that both the sink and shower were backed up in one of our rooms. Neither of which were repaired. We left a tip for housekeeping which she took but never cleaned the room. Not one thing was done. The garbage was left everywhere, bed unmade, wet towels left behind. We were shocked and disappointed.
The staff were friendly and d helpful. The room was initially clean.
