The wi fi wasn't as advertised. It was non existent in the room. The hotel would be difficult to find without navigation apps for out of town visitors.

Room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies like plates, cups and glasses. It was near the mall, in case we needed to get something for our trip. It was tucked away from everything so you didnt feel that you were off a major road or in the mall parking lot.

Breakfast staff seemed very rushed to clean up as families were still eating. We were near the end of the weekday breakfast time, but they just seemed very much in a hurry to get us out.

The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The front desk staff members were exceptional- friendly at check-in/checkout and gave a great dinner recommendation. We had a great stay and look forward to other Residence inns. Highly recommend this location.

The bed wasn't that comfortable. It had divets like the mattress was old. Hard on the back. The lights to get out onto roads were timed so short, it made that part of travel difficult.

I like the easy access on & off Rt 95 within a shopping complex.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite even though it was too expensive and the dog fee was too high and the temperature in the pool wasn't warm enough.

Breakfast service ended too early. We were there on a Friday and would have liked the buffet open until 10:00 (not 9:00).

Front desk staff could be less snooty & snotty. The young man who checked us in was great but over the next few days the staff wasn't so friendly

Clean & comfortable beyond expectations. I'm the person who looks for dust & forgotten corners. PERFECT! Having lived & worked in Fredericksburg for 5 years i know the area isn't the safest at night, right off of I95, but we had no problems. I was seriously impressed with our room however the front desk people could be more polite & less snotty. You're working the front desk at a hotel, you're not a super model

Not the fault of the hotel, but elevators were not working. However, they did have elevator maintenace crews working through the weekend to try and fix them.

Nice Stop here, however there was an issue with the payment from Booking.com. They did not have the info, so I had to use my credit card, even after I paid through Booking.com. I believe I have been Double charged and am trying to resolve.

The shower head was very loose in its holder causing you to have to hold the nozzle while showering.

Although desk agent offered to provide room that was less noisy due to location of Interstate and nonstop traffic, it was quite loud. Roadway was maybe 40 yards from room looking out window. Will need to remember should we stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights, the room and bed were comfortable. At night the room was quiet, didn’t hear outside noise or noise from adjacent rooms. The lobby area was lovely, we spent an evening by the fireplace visiting. There were 2 nice televisions in the lobby and breakfast areas that we used during the day and evening. We used the pool, the water was warm and there was plenty of seating also plenty of towels. We walked across the street to the mall area and ate several meals there. Will stay there again when we visit family in Fredericksburg.
