I was supposed to have a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. The room did not have a couch, so my daughter and her boyfriend had to sleep on the floor.

I didn't know using the valet would be cheaper than parking at the parking garage. Maybe advertise that on your website or in the confirmation email.

The room was very clean (housekeeping did a good job) but the rooms (I've stayed in several at different times) are due for updating (old tiles and fixtures, worn floors, banged walls).

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was nice, with lots of options.

The location of this hotel is convenient to the Cleveland Clinic while also providing access to the amenities of downtown; great value for the money. The breakfast options were good, the staff we interacted with were helpful, and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Some great restaurants in the vicinity to enjoy - from the casual/lower cost to the high end. There is valet parking service available at the hotel but multiple parking lots were also easily accessible around the hotel. A great option for short or long term stay and travel for purposes of business, medical, or pleasure.

Parking at the hotel waay out of line. $45.00/ nite! Really!!

Location was a bit far from the turnpike but the lodging is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is as about as good as most hotels offer. That is to say no complaints.

Parking is expensive (valet or parking garage). Check-in was 4pm. We were not able to get into our room until after 5:30 because they were still cleaning rooms. The only reason we got in at 5:30 was because we agreed to take a queen suite instead of the king suite we reserved.

The location was perfect for an event at rocket mortgage field house.

Our room was a considerable walk away from the lobby, literally in a different building. 2 separate elevators needed. The lady at the front desk had an attitude that was far from professional for a service industry. I’ve supervised, managed and directed employees for 30+ years, and would have terminated this persons employment on the spot.

The bathroom shower area could have been a bit cleaner. There was some pink and brown scum in the door frame of the shower and under the shelf in the shower area.

The location to Rocket Mortgage Center and Progressive Field was fabulous! Only a short walk away. And there were good restaurants in walking distance as well.
