The first room we were given was not clean. Bed was unmade. And dirty dishes all over. A bit jarring when you arrive at midnight from a long road trip with a toddler in your arms. But the staff is friendly and switched us asap.

The pool was a bit cold. A child got a splinter from the hot tub while we were there and I'm not sure if it was cleaned after that. Also, the sink was dusty underneath and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We had to wash them all first thing.

The breakfast options were great. The room always smelled good every time we came back. The room was very spacious.

The indoor pool was so cold!!! We booked this hotel since it had an indoor pool but if it was heated you definitely couldn’t tell. The only other complaint would be the trash cans in the room, I’m not sure if it was due to its size or it being hidden in a cabinet but it felt like we had over flowing trash.

The breakfast was wonderful. It is really hard to find good breakfast at a hotel but the sausage biscuits were great. The hotel rooms also had dish soap, wash cloths, and sponges. This came in handy when needing to clean my toddlers sippy cups. The 24 hour market was a bonus for us when we would forget to stop to grab a soda on the way back in the evening.

There was a party on my floor I didn’t hear it really but someone smoked cigarettes in their bathroom with their fan on so the smell and smoke ended up in my bathroom making my entire bedroom smell like a cigarette. No bueno

The staff member that checked us in was amazing, but the morning shift employees, and the overnight employees were extremely hateful, rude, and couldn’t care less about their jobs, or helping people, as they acted like coming to the desk was an inconvenience!

We got the room for a decent price, and the breakfast was decent, also. The property was conveniently located to everything we did whilst there, so that was a plus!

Property is ready for refurbishment. Lobby furniture is sad around the fireplace. Room layout is awkward. We have found this in multiple Residence Inns. The huge work desk overpowers the room. Microwave use was physically awkward because of its location in the room. Carpet needed cleaning.

Location, pool, convenience of kitchen in room, staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was disgusting. the room had a kitchen rag molded in the sink. The entire room and ceiling needs deep cleaning. Really dusty. The fire pit didn’t work.

Convenient location friendly staff: Valencia was amazing, the kitchen manager was amazing, and the bigger black man that fixed the fire pit was nice. Sorry I couldn’t remember their names.

The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable, and although the pool was indoor the water was freezing. I guess I misunderstood the "heated" pool.

I did not like the complimentary breakfast. They ran out of things often and they did not have a big selection. Many times I had to wait for them to refill things or they did not refill them at all. I also did not like the beds. They were run down and old. Uncomfortable to sleep in. Lastly, the pool was not heated. Very cold.

I loved the location. We were near everything. I also liked that the hotel was quite.

The facility was nice but the room had a musty smell, the door was really hard to push open, and the shower barely transitioned to the shower head.
