The towels were all stained, which was pretty gross. The room could have been cleaner in the bathroom and the refrigerator had finger prints all over it. So wasn’t cleaned on the outside.

The location was good. Near airport and restaurants and mall. The staff was friendly.

We were told upon arrival that the indoor pool was closed (we were really looking forward to swimming). It's a decent sized hotel, but only has one elevator and of course our room was the furthest room from it and on the 3rd floor. I have a bad back and knees so stairs are hard, but the long walk to and from the elevator was difficult as well. The couch in the room was like one you would find in a office setting, very hard (definitely not something a person could sleep on). IF I book here again I will be calling ahead of time to verify use of the pool will be possible and asking about a room on the ground floor OR close to the elevator.

Very nice clean room. Location was good and within walking distance to places to shop/eat. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything we would have needed if we stayed more than 1 night.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool 🏊 area wasn’t available 😞 it’s been over 2yrs and the pool 🏊 still down unbelievable

There was no heat in our room and we had to move rooms. We were given an upgraded room, but the floors could have used some vacuuming near the bed.

There was a bug crawling on the curtain and then one on the window sill. I guess they do not have it properly sealed. One wall had a large bulge from the ceiling to the floor as if water inside of it. The ceiling was peeling all over. The room looked like it had been renovated, but the walls and ceiling were completely unfinished. For the money that I paid, I expected it to be in much better condition. The food was less than mediocre. I am pretty sure that the sausage patties were not cooked as they were very white raw looking, and the hot water for the tea tasted like coffee. Based on the room alone, I would stay again, but definitely not for the price I paid. Hopefully they do the needed repairs to the room soon.

The bed was large and very comfortable. The set up was very nice and cozy. The room was very clean.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Comfy beds..pull out not so much but it is a pull out (never pull out)
