United StatesBeing overcharged for our stay; even after discussing our overcharge with front desk staff during our first day there; they refused to fix the cost. My Booking.com App quoted us $1,057.37 for 2 nights for a king bed suite and the front desk charged us $1,301.92! A difference of $244.55 more! Absolutely ridiculous. We plan many more trips to Boston but we will definitely explore hotel price comparisons in the future.
Excellent location from tons of Boston eateries. Our two-day trip included a Red Sox game at Fenway which is only 3 minute walking distance from this hotel. Our room king bed was exceptionally comfortable.

PakistanReception staff was not trained and confused. Many times called to during the stay to pay and over charged on card, which then released later on. Senior manager was inside the room answering their queries and not attending us directly letting them experiment on us. From day one i told them that i can deposit cash as i am international traveller and credit cards are not reliable more then cash. But hotel policy was i can pay in cash on checkout only, which i think is not customer friendly for someone like me travelling from developing world having difference of value of money to an extent that credit cards wouldn’t cover the whole amount in one transection

IsraelWe stayed at this hotel twice: for one night and then for 5 nights. Both times we were very pleased in almost every way: large and very comfortable room with a kitchen and all kitchen facilities, clean, with good temperature control; friendly and caring staff; good and filling breakfast; there is an opportunity to leave things in a secure storage room for a short and long time, which was very important for us. The location of the hotel is very convenient - we walked to the city center and to shopping centers (we almost never used public transport or taxis). We plan to stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Boston.

United StatesI would have loved for coffee to be available a tiny bit earlier. The bathroom was tight. I had to step around the toilet to open the door. The room was great but looked much bigger online. But having the kitchen was a help. Wish the valet parking cost was mentioned earlier. $70/night was obscene.
This hotel is in an amazing location in Boston. Fenway is across the street, the Kenmore station is down the street and you're within walking distance of A LOT. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was superb.

United StatesThe gentleman at the front desk at checkin was not very friendly, I called early in the day to see if it was possibly to check in early, 3pm, he said yes. I get there with my 3 kids and the room is far from being ready. So we are stuck in the lobby doing nothing. The man, Phillipe, was unsympathetic even though he is the one who told me the room would be ready.
It had a one bedroom suite with a separate bedroom. It had an indoor pool.
