The desk clerk when I checked in was less than welcoming. She wasn't helpful when I had an issue getting in my room. I think a couple classes on how to greet customers and offer assistance would benefit her. The property was clean, but dated and could use some sprucing up, ie repairs, painting, brighter lightening in the lobby area.

The property was clean, parking lot is well lit and clean. Continental breakfast was robust, with a lot of choices. Hotel is in a good location with access to major streets and highways.

Landscaper weed-whacking at 8am on July 4th outside my window. A/C fan shuts off intermittently throughout the evening.

Breakfast was skimpy and we were missing bowls. Free oranges, though.

Decor is tired and could do with a spruce up. Very dated but still clean. Didn’t respond to messages before visit but did offer a reduction in room cost for this.

Staff were very helpful. Homely feel. Free shuttle within 5 mile radius was excellent, Late check out was great. Free tea and coffee in lobby area all day.

The room itself was really nice (especially the kitchen) and clean except needed some attention to the pullout couch having some crumbs which could have just been missed. The hallways could use some extra vacuuming but could have just been understaffed so as long as room is clean 👍🏼 Recommendation, the fragrance that was used in hallways (I think baby powderish) should be changed to a citrus or cinnamon scent because when other occupants are cooking strong scented foods and those scents collide it won’t be as conflicting as much it was almost nauseating but definitely couldn’t smell that in our room. These things were not deal breakers and we enjoyed our stay and will stay again if need to travel that way again.

Loved the room and easy check in process. Great location for the places we needed to go.

Arrived and the staff were all in the lounge with a kid running around, loud as loud can be. The next morning again the same staff were so loud yelling whilst we were trying to have breakfast. The breakfast was very average. No knives so needed to use spoon to spread toppings on the bagels. Bagel was the only option. Coffee wasn't great, tasted stale. There is NOTHING around this area. Needed to uber anywhere to drink, eat or shop

The bed was super comfy and plenty of room in the room. The free airport shuttle was great

Requested a room with 3 beds, but only two of the three had bedding on them. I called the front desk for help and I was asked to come down stairs to pick up a bedding set rather than bringing it to my room.

The first night was great, I added an extra night and was told that everything was good to go. Then I was asked to come verify my information because they ran my card on file but forgot to update the room for an extra night. So o stopped by the front desk and gave the manager my credit card and she told me it was handled and everything looked good. I got a phone call during my business meeting that I needed to come pay for the room because my card did not process (I used the same card on file that I used for the first night). So I went to the front desk after our dinner and gave the very nice gentleman the credit card again and he said it went through. I requested a late checkout as I had some last minute work to wrap up. I was woken up the next morning by the smoke alarm a little before 8am. I evacuated the building and sat in my truck while The fire department put the fire out in one of the rooms. I decided to go grab a coffee and work in my truck because I wasn’t sure how long it would be before I could get back into my room. I get a call from the manager and she was very rude saying that I needed to come in and pay for the extra night. I explained that I went through this two times and she assured me it had been done but the room was not processed for the extra night. Then I was called and told I had to come back to pay because my card didn’t go through. I explained that I was not at the hotel as the fire alarm went off and that I would look for my credit card and give her the number. Again, she told me that I had to come pay. I explained nicely that I was not trying to get out of paying, that I had gone through this process several times and then was woken up by the fire alarm and had to leave and was working in my truck. I would need to find my card and I would come pay. She was very rude to me and made me feel as though I was trying to get a free night and not pay.

The noise from the room above. It sounded like kids running hard well into the night, and things falling so loud it shook the room I was in. My second day there, I didn't really get much rest. One other thing, some of the light bulbs were out in the kitchen and near the door, but we made it work.

No breakfast as advertised ready at 6am, they hadn't set up anything by 6, had to leave for airport without expected included breakfast. To have breakfast from 6 to 9, you have to be preparing and setting it up before 6. Location for a "suites" hotel is not good. Not walkable to any stores, convenience stores, or restaurants.

Clean, great appearance, nice big rooms. Staff at check in was thorough and friendly, if a little distracted. Great showers with good water pressure and lots of hot water.

Some lights in the room didn’t work and there is never any extra blankets or pillows in the room. Also the phone wouldn’t work so I had to walk down to the front desk for the pillows and blankets.

Super convenient place to stay with a full kitchen.
