How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The front desk was not personable, just 'meh' ALSO the gym is not in the hotel and not 24 hours. Would've definitely affected my decision had I noticed in advance.

There was a significant issue with the ventilation system, leading us to not have cool air in the room despite calling maintenance and asking them to fix it. Inconvenient and too bad really. I’m a Marriott member and this not a typical Marriott experience.

The staff not very helpful or friendly. The towels were terribly rough and room was hot despite us turning down the temperature.

We stayed for four nights. The cleaning of the room took place late every day. After 12:30. I was out the room on all the morning so this was an inconvenience to come back and not have it cleaned. Some items were forgotten to be replenished. The breakfast was good However not reasonable to charge each of you for coffee when you share the same flask that is provided regardless whether one or two of you order. The coffee machines in the room are great. Showers are excellent. Being able to use the gym next door was great.

A few things about the room were bothering me, for example there is a small gap between the door and the door frame, letting in sound and light from the hall. The windows cannot be opened, the only way to let fresh air in is through the AC and the AC in the bathroom cannot be turned off, which is a bit noisy at night. If you have a room to the back of the hotel, you're facing the highway, which is fine most of the time, but I was woken up by the sound of a delivery truck parking at 4 in the morning. There are glasses available in the room, but would be great to also have solid coffee cups in the room and not only to go cups
Cool Design, very comfortable bed, nice shower, very spacious rooms, great coffee available in the rooms and also in the lobby. The staff is very friendly and approachable

The elevator into the lobby from the parking garage smelled like horses both days we were on property. That was strange!!! Also the room we initially checked in to had a clicking noise in the wall near the HVAC return. Once reported they did allow us to move to another room.
Location is good. Many options right outside the door to walk to.

That we had to go home!
Service throughout the stay and more notably, during breakfast, was phenomenal. The location was perfect for our needs and the view of the North Hills area was great.

Location, location! The hotel's prime spot within this open concept mall made our stay incredibly convenient. The real star of our experience was David at the front desk. Despite our late arrival after a long flight, he went above and beyond to assist us, even granting a late check-out for the following day – a testament to what customer service is all about. Furthermore, the rooms were not only conveniently located but also comfortable, providing us with a relaxing retreat after our journey. Overall, our stay was made memorable by the thoughtful service, excelent location, and cozy accommodations.
