Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing I can think of that could be improved is the doors to the suite and the toilet stall, swing freely and slam against the walls. Also, the floor to ceiling curtains are so heavy they’re pretty much impossible to move freely on the slides. They need to have upgraded curtain rods to support them and heavier pulls to close them. Don’t try to be cheap on that. Everything else is so nice!

United StatesThe only thing I didn’t “like” per se was that the shower head was a bit broken. It took some maneuvering to get it to work but nothing unmanageable.
I loved the view of our hotel room. It was gorgeous and looked right out toward PNC park and the steelers field. The room itself was clean and well kept. Overall, enjoyable experience and the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This was definitely up in my favorites.

United StatesCheck-in clerk acted like she couldn't care any less. Maybe a bad day. Water bottles provided in the room -at a charge- that wasn't indicated anywhere that I can remember. I should have read all the fine print. Offsite parking across the street was ok but valet was $45 a day- ouch!
