United StatesThe room we stayed in had a sink that would not drain, the internet connectivity for the TV would not work and we could not just relax and watch movies as we had hoped. The room was dark and had no microwave. We also had expected to have a love seat and coffee table in our room, but there was only one chair and the desk chair. Not even a footstool. We are in our 60's and the drive up is already a lot for us and had looked forward to a relaxing romantic overnight just resting in the room watching movies and eating on the premises before out activity the following day. Having to either sit on the bed (our backs can't take that long) or separately in chairs too low next to the bed to put our legs up was uncomfortable. The fact that the sink would not drain, esp when brushing put teeth, or pouring out coffee was gross. It eventually drained after about 10 mins. For a small room with issues, the price was too high.
The location was just minutes from Medieval Times which was our destination. The staff, esp the front desk check-in were friendly and very helpful. They went the extra mile to help us check in and provide information about deals and the hotel. The food was excellent but pricey, and the lobby very pretty.
