United StatesThere are a ton of fees for ordering food room service. There were some stains on the pull out and the beds were not super comfy. They also wouldn’t let me have an extra comforter.. other than that I’d stay here again.
I loved it here! The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool is gorgeous. Shower was great and the views. Very close shuttle to Coachella. Great amenities.

Spaincouldn't leave patio doors in room open due to extremely strong smell of cannabis being smoked on another balcony during our stay.. I know that there is nothing the hotel can do about this, and it's not their fault, just took the edge off of a great stay. a shame other people are inconsiderate regarding the strong stench of cannabis.

United StatesThis time the room had a nasty smell to it. Like if you steamed broccoli or green veggies in the room. That’s the best way to describe it. I looked all around to see where the smell was coming from and although everything looked clean the smell never left.
I have been here before 2 times and i keep coming back because the property is beautiful.

It’s nice to be able to enjoy the pool later when it’s not so blasting hot outside in fact that is one thing we look at when traveling and choosing a hotel is the hours of the pool.

United StatesEverything about this resort was excellent from the valet to check-in was easy , the pool was great with poolside fast service, and the food was delicious. The bar was fun with cool bartenders, All the servers and waiters were very kind and helpful, and room service was perfect . I would definitely recommend this resort.

United StatesIs 30 minute drive to Palm Springs itself and if if I wasn’t there for a work conference, I would have stayed closer to town. One annoying thing with the room is that despite the cost per night, they only had a small, desktop ironing board.

United StatesLunch and dinner menus definitely geared for the Spa guests - would appreciate a couple "comfort food" items. Eventually once found grilled cheese and flatbread pizza on the kids menu. Being terrified by the fog-horn emergency wake-up at 3:30 AM - what was that all about?
The breakfast buffet at Cava was excellent, the service there was great. Loved having the BNP Paribas tennis on the big screens - we went to to Tennis Garden for three days but the intense sun drove us back to the hotel a couple of times even though we had tickets for the live matches. Appreciated the shuttle with a reliable schedule. The grounds are stunning, the facilities extensive - a wonderful property.

United StatesThe WiFi wasn't working well when logging into "Guest" or "Private" setting. I don't know what the hotel could do but there were guests 2 nights in a row screaming & yelling after midnight outside by the pool area.
Overall the service was very good . One room service meal some food we ordered was missing and there wasn't enough silverware /napkins as requested for the number of people ordering.But for the most part the food was very good at Cava and through room service. The rooms were very clean & nice views . I only wish we would've had some furniture (chairs) on balcony to sit out. I had a massage at hotel Spa which was also very nice.
