Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe front desk staff were quite rude, and I had to wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes to check in to my room because I only had the booking confirmation. Then, after 2 hours and 30 minutes, they suddenly had my reservation, which does not make any sense. They also did not pick up the phone when I called, and when I did my check out, they still didn't treat me well.
I enjoyed the size of the room and its bathroom; it was very clean, and the room had a good smell. The hotel's location is very central, near the aquarium and other museums and cultural exhibitions.

United StatesThe parking prices are ridiculous, when staying in a hotel the parking should not be $36 a day in addition I was unable to change the day I left in the meter. There should be an option to cancel the parking when Don. I left a day prior to schedule and was unable to change in the options on the app. Housekeeping didn’t refill the coffee either.
I genuinely enjoyed the room, the location and amenities where are great. The view was exceptional.

United StatesThe pool at the location did not work. We weren’t able to access it at all. The breakfast during the weekday and the weekend is very different so we spent more money on Friday to have breakfast versus having knowledge about the buffet for Saturday and Sunday. Also, the bathroom was not clean properly when we first got there I had to end up buying a shower curtain so that I could actually shower comfortably in the bathroom. Also, the view was not that great. It just was like a view of the courtyard. We really wanted like a harbor view, but they did not give us that.
The aesthetic of the property was great. The room size was great. The food for breakfast was great and they give you water when you first come into the building, which is very courteous.

United StatesTwo of the 4 elevators that take you to the rooms were broken for about 36 hours of our stay and still not fixed when we left. It made it difficult to get your luggage downstairs especially if your room was on a high floor like ours.
The location was fantastic! The hotel is decorated nicely and the beds are comfortable. They were very accommodating. The check in line was very long and they started giving people bottles of water and then brought out a few tables. The one table had someone doing free tequila tasting and the other one had free blueberry lemonade and either goldfish crackers or pretzels. It kept people from getting upset. A smart move by the manager.
