The check in kiosk was impersonal and imperfect, it froze and was kind of hard to understand what was said

It was no fuss simple and very clean, bed comfortable and excellent location.

Absolutely no staff on site except a single housekeeper you would occasionally see. No one at all in the office for the entire stay. At least 4 times during our two night stay, we we're approached and asked for money by the motels "residents." It seems this place is more of an apartment complex than a motel. There was hair all over our bathtub, and the vents in the bathroom covered in dirt and mold as well as the air conditioner vents. The phone in the room was present, but its accompanying cords had been ripped from the wall. You do get what you pay for, and if you were expecting coffee, realize that it was never mentioned, do not assume. This place made me feel we could be robbed at any point.

Pillows are flat and bed was a little uncomfortable. The comforter was thin like a sheet. It wasn't terrible but I did toss and turn and woke up w my back hurting.

It was clean and checking in and out was quick. Pool was working and clean

I disagree about having had to pay the $50.00 deposit for whatever it was for. I didn't like having to deal with a computer man when checking in.

I liked being close to a restaurant and WM.

It could have had better pillows, they were a little too flat for me and the bed was alright. The carpet might need to be cleaned with a carpet cleaner every now and then. The sheets had a little stain on them. I wasn't expecting at check-in to talk to someone on a screen that didn't have very good audio and had trouble finding my reservation. I am just use to a real person at the desk. If I knew about that it wouldn't have been so bad but it made me feel a little uneasy and felt like I was being watched.

The location was good is was across from a little park and close to places to eat. The set up in the room was good and it had a little fridge and microwave which was nice to have and the little freezer in the mine fridge was really good unlike most. The TV had lots of channels for us to find something to watch. The price for the stay was affordable.

Everything was actually OK. The only thing I did not like was the driveway is messed up so you have to slow down to turn in so you don’t damage your car

It was a very quiet property wasn’t the greatest hotel, but wasn’t the worst. It was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating.

No personal interaction with staff. It was done via kiosk. The guys was not rude but really didn't seem to care about his guest nor did he want to answer questions. It was a very quick no thank yous and here's your room keys. There was no one onsite to control the pot smoking and parking lot partying, which lasted until 2am

Room smelled like smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Virtual check in strange. Makes me nervous that there is not a person here monitoring the facility Microwave very old. No coffee maker Gap under door. Bugs coming in

Beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows were not. Also, property allows pets which was frustrating with barking late at night/early morning.

Convenient location. Right across from Liza Jackson park which would have been great, if we had time to check it out.

They do NOT answer their phone I’ve called 7 times today & they answer & hang up every time..far from professional. The room was hardly clean the headboard itself was filthy had a dripping substance & greasy handprints, an open bar of soap in the shower & the flattest pillows I’ve ever seen not to mention the beds themselves were extremely hard.

The location was nice & the room wasn’t all that bad desperately needs some updating but that’s not the biggest issue.

The check in was by machine it was a little impersonal but was fine.

Again, the rooms have this lingering smell. I suggested that they update the curtains, make sure the refrigerators are level (the last two were not) I will be sure to bring air fresher with me the next time. The smell may be coming from the air conditioners.

The location is great as it is close to everything. We have stayed at this property a few times and always stay here when we are in town. Overall the rooms are clean. The hot water and pressure in the shower is great. The price is right!

We were traveling to this area to get out of the path of Hurricane Helene. We arrived at 1:30pm and were told that our room was ready but if we checked in before 3pm there would be a $20 early check in fee. I paid the fee but felt like that was a rip off considering the circumstances.

Had to wait for cleaning lady Front desk said 30 mins We had to be somewhere to meet my family whole reason why we went And it ended up being over a hour and a half till she finish cleaning room While checking in three different check inn Need more organizing at front desk

Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. No iron in room, I believe there is one in the office to borrow.

Staff is helpful and accommodating. Rates a great. Cold AC and comfortable beds. Pool is nice and there is no trouble here, other guests were friendly as well.

I overslept. Nice female knocked on the door and said it was 12:00 NOON. I began to gather my things when 2 minutes later, an apparently angry RUDE older Indian man (possibly one of the owners) knocks again to tell me that it’s after 12 and that I needed to get out……. I, matching his energy, told him that the NICE, POLITE, and PROFESSIONAL female member of the housekeeping staff (none of which was he) had JUST awakened me 2 minutes ago and gave me 10 minutes to gather my things and leave. I had 8 of those “grace minutes” remaining. He then RUDELY REITERATED that I needed to leave by then or he would charge my credit card $50 to $100………to which my response was, “If that’s what you need to do, do it, but loose the attitude! He retorted, “I will do it for sure!”, as he stormed off as abruptly as he popped up. I understood hotels have to turn the rooms to prepare for the next set of guests, but they were cleaning other rooms and it was not as if they were WAITING to clean my room so that either the staff could leave for the day or guests were waiting to check in. The parking lot was empty. I’m a travel RN and stay at this property weekly while working. By Saturday morning, I’m drained and use the almost 4 hours from the time I get into my room after work until 12 to crash before I have to drive 2 hours home. Earlier that morning, I had actually told the nice female that I was checking out at 12 and to alert me so that I could get out on time. I DO NOT appreciate or do well with attitudes when I’m spending my money!!! If you MUST charge a fee because I overslept after an exhausting work week, CHARGE THE FEE, but don’t attempt to threaten or intimidate me with the notion of charging my card $50 to $100 (I give that amount to strangers in need without blinking) and REMAIN PROFESSIONAL!
