AC/heat unit incredibly loud. Stains on comforters and bathtub. Electrical outlet wouldn’t keep charger plugged in, too loose. Someone had switched one battery backwards in the TV remote.

Location, bed was comfortable, desk staff pleasant and helpful, heat worked.

Insulation between the rooms is not to be found you can actually hear your neighbors The facility is old and not well maintained . the heater was nether cooking you or off . It's not worth the money ...for 4$ more a night you can stay in ramada hotel

The front desk was efficient but not overly friendly. The hotel is little far from the center of Washington DC. Room did not have a refrigerator. It is not in walking distance from Shady Grove Metro Station.

I was able to get to the hotel safe and sound from Shady Grove station using the bus . The room was larger and in better condition than I expected. I managed to sleep well the first night. It was clean.

Computer was down when I arrived and it took some pressure on my part for the desk clerk to figure out how to get me into a room asap, not hours from when I arrived. Also I wanted a room on the first floor which wasn't available for the rate I paid -- I had to again pressure the desk clerk to come up with a quote for how much additional I would have to pay to get a first floor room.

Upgraded room worked well for me. Spacious and comfortable.

there were no towels in one room and one towel in the other room(six people total), no microwave or refrigerator, and in one room the phone to the front desk did not work.

the room was clean. the air conditioning was, great, the beds were very comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the price was very affordable.

Noticed a couple trying their card on my room door when my daughter was in there. Front desk wrote my room number on their sleeve but card was for wrong room. Front desk fixed this but invalidated my card at the same time. Very inconvenient to have to go get new ones. Also, the security chain was nearly ripped out of the frame.

Bugs, Bugs, Bugs! Facility needs insecticides! It makes my stay less comfortable and looked forward to checking out! Sorry.

The steps were shabby, the corridor was shabby. There was not enough wash cloth. Had to go to the office for wash cloth. Our stay was two days. The room was not cleaned, neither was the bed made nor linen changed. In my opinion, this should not be called a hotel.

100 dollar per night is too much for such hotel. I used to stay in other cities with similar hotels but with much better rates 🤷🏻‍♂️

Location of this hotel is very ideal. Very close to dunk n donut, Burger King, home depo, CVS, seven eleven, etc.

It was only one employee at the counter to check-in. There a was a line and the check-in process was very slow. I waited more than 10 minutes to check-in and it took me around 10 minutes to verify my booking, sign the documents, complete the payment, and finally receive my key. The check-in should be improved!

The hotel has a great location and many parking spaces. The room was clean and comfortable. It had an iron and a microwave oven. That was a plus!

I didn't like that, even though I had a reservation and had prepaid for the room, it took almost 30 minutes to get checked in. The staff seemed to be preoccupied with some other issue that was going on behind the counter while I stood there. Even when they began to check me in, the process took entirely too long for no apparent reason. No explanation was given or apologies. If I had not prepaid, I would have gone someplace else.

It is very conveniently located and the room was clean. The value is unbeatable. Being that it is right off of the beltway makes it very easy to find and to get around the area. There are a few restaurants that are close by, so finding food is not a problem either. For the money, it was very well worth it.

Our room was right next to the maid service room which meant service carts where rolling past our room every 30 minutes it appear. The carts are so noisy (squeaky wheels) it sound like they went right through our room. We paid for an upgrade room and this is what we received. Also, since people actually live there, to the point were multiple school buses come on the property to pick up kids, this hotel is more noisy then most.

The place itself, is run down. The room had that.. cheap motel smell. The room and bathroom.. especially, the walls and bathroom fan were absolutely ... well, not clean. Although I appreciated the hand held shower, there was very low water pressure and the shower head had sprung a leak and was losing a lot of water in the opposite direction it was needed. The microwave rattled and lacked any power, really. And there was this strange policy of having to pay a $2.50 deposit when I arrived, even though the room was prepaid. Don't know what that was for. Apparently I could have gotten it back... sort of. Had to put it on a credit card because they didn't take cash... but I forgot to go back to the office when leaving, to request it. That seemed really sketchy to me. Got the feeling they do that in a room you rent by the hour. If they really deep cleaned the place and made a few repairs it would be ok for inexpensive sleep over. They seem to have some rooms as residential or extended stay... they may also cater to the hourly trade... but if they want business or leisure travelers, they need to kick it up a notch. I was hoping for a little nicer accommodations for almost a hundred bucks in the middle of the week.

Great that I got an appropriate handicapped room. Floor entry hand held shower with a seat. More than the 5 other places I stayed over the last 8 days. All overbooked those rooms, and I couldn't shower easily. The towels were regular size and... fluffy. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Parking was right outside the door.
