Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesBeds were comfortable, but were on metal platforms. Every time u got up or got into it, the platforms popped or creaked. But once u were in the bed to sleep, it didn't make noises when u turned over or anything. They provide shampoo and shower gel, but u have to pump it about a dozen times to get enough, so I'd suggest u bring ur own.
Blackout drapes and great pillows. Contrary to many reviews, we found it to be very quiet. Housekeeping was very accommodating, and rooms were clean.

Staff is always pleasant. My dog stays with me. He is older and needs a 1st floor room because he can't walk very far or climb steps anymore. I like having carpet free rooms.

United StatesOld building. Pillows were terrible and need to be replaced. We always travel with our own. Bed made a loud popping noise when I got out of it. Furniture needs to be updated. Wasn't aware of damage deposit ahead of time.
Clean and quiet . Bed was comfortable. It suited our needs for a one night stay. Easily accessible to the interstate. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.

United StatesCheck in took forever. There were three people checking in ahead of us. The room needed more towels. Lot of people going in and out at all hours because of the casino down the street.

United StatesWe could hear our neighbors and noise outside. The beds have a metal pedestal, and since the floors are laminate, they made some noise when you got on the bed or moved suddenly.
It was easy to get to. Location met our needs while traveling. Pets were free to stay. The room was large & clean, and the bed was pretty comfortable. There was a fridge & microwave in the room. The price was great.
