United StatesThere was a policy in place where I had to wait for the morning housekeeping in order to receive extra towels. There were 2 towels and 2 wash clothes but 3 people listed on the reservation. Front desk staff stated she could not give me toilet pair until the morning house keeping arrived. When they did, I was waiting 2 hours after 3 attempts to just get extra towels. The definition of extra is more than the usual set. Once I received the 2 towels and wash clothes around 10-11am I was then unable to receive any additional when I asked for them.
The location was close to my family whom I came to visit.

United StatesThe area was a bit sketchy. Definitely not a place I would feel comfortable to just leisure around. This was a quick stay. We were out & about, only can’t back to sleep. It seems like they don’t really accommodate business/formal travel. No iron or ironing board was available for use. You get what you pay for.
The area was quiet. The room was fairly clean for the most part except I found some hair in the sink. You are close to a lot of places to eat.

United StatesThe young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. However, my daughter, and I did not feel very safe. A man knocked on our door at 0130 in the morning, though I think he just had the wrong door. The hotel is very near the freeway, and it sounded as if there were some really crazy stuff going on out there in the middle of the night. There was no refrigerator, which was very inconvenient.

United StatesThe address posted on the Booking.com website is incorrect. After nearly 30 minutes of driving around lost, I called the hotel and get the correct address. It's on US Route 1 in Lawrenceville NJ.
My mother was in the hospital. I was sleeping in the chair in her room. There was no place to shower. I needed the hotel room to shower and clean up. Did not sleep there.

The microwave and fridge was dirty, looked like it has never been cleaned in years. Big spiders in the bathroom. Stop putting up fake pictures of the place. Clean up the outside of the rooms. Thank the Lord that we only stayed for a few hours. That’s all I could take of the place. Smh

Still waiting for resolution on being refunded, this property did not allow for safety of its guest. I was accosted by racist rants went to the management who would not change my room unless I made another reservation and paid them again. I ultimately ended up getting in my car and driving back to my state. I am still waiting to get a refund for the room that I never used. I was told it would be completed within 24 hours. It has now been five days and I’m still waiting.
