United StatesI wish the staff wouldn't turn the refrigerator all the way up. I bring food with me on assignment and some of it froze solid. I'll have to start checking it when I get checked in from now on.
My room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable. I wasn't too impressed with the pillows though. They were kinda hard. Overall the room worked very well for my business trip.

United StatesTHE MANAGER!!!! HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, ARROGANT AND COMBATIVE ABOUT EVEN THE SIMPLEST REQUESTS!! I had to throw a guest, that stayed with me a few nights, out of my room. I explained the situation to the manager and asked that he make a note that "NO MORE KEYS WERE TO BE ISSUED ANYONE NOT POSSESSING MY PHYSICAL I.D." Later, I left to visit with a friend for a short time, when I returned to my room the guest I had thrown out, was in my room!! (I later found out that because this guest was able to gain unsupervised access to my room they were able to drug my dog without my knowledge. I didn't discover this until my dog started acting very strange and I was forced to rush her to the veterinarian. Needless to say, when the veterinarian informed me that she had ingested methamphetamine, I WAS LIVID!!!) I immediately went to the front desk and demanded an explanation and it turns out the "manager" did NOT make a.note of my request or even pass the information along, so no one else knew anything about the issue I reported to the manager and believed they were acting with my consent!!
Every EMPLOYEE I encountered there was AWESOME!! They accommodated to the best of their ability no matter the request! The EMPLOYEES made the stay very pleasant!! I would have given a MUCH better review in every single aspect if I could remove EVERY SINGLE ENCOUNTER that I had with the manager.

I was charged twice for this visit. Booking.com tells me to contact Red Roof Inn. Then Red Roof Inn tells me to contact Booking.com. I have been dealing with this for more than a month! Do not pay Booking.com Wait and pay at arrival.
