We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe front desk was not helpful at all, didn't explain anything and when I asked I got attitude. The floor in the room was filthy, I couldn't go barefooted because they would be black from all the dirt. My room didn't have a phone, alarm clock and most importantly a coffee maker. My husband went to the front desk to tell them we had no coffee maker and she said she would tell security. On top of all that when I checked out they charged me for 3 nights instead of the 2 nights we stayed. I told the front desk after looking at my bill and they said I had to contact Booking.com. The only good thing was Booking.com was very helpful in getting my refund without any hassles.
I liked that I was able to bring my pets.

United StatesThe room was old and outdated. There were stains on the floor and bedding. I had two beds and only one bed had a comforter and it wasn't clean. Was told by the cleaning staff (who by the way was just sitting in the waiting area talking socially with another staff member) that there wasn't anymore comforters and that I couldn't get another for the other bed. The room was really small for double beds. I will never go back there again. The staff wasn't polite or helpful. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

United StatesMy husband and I slept in our clothes on top of the bedding because it had hair all over the sheets and comforter the pillows need to be replaced and there was hair even inside the pillowcase, good thing I had a throw in the car and my husband had his jacket to use as cover. There were roaches crawling on the floor in the room and bathroom area. When showering in the morning, I ended up with a long strand hair going across my face from the washcloth and I had my husband shake out the towel before I dried off. I also dry heaved from the smell of the shower curtain almost a sour smell.
I can say the young lady that checked us in was very nice and professional, but other than that nothing.
