The room had an odd BO smell.

This property is old, worn and tired. It is in need of a major overhaul. Rooms are adequate for a one-night stay but need lots of cosmetic improvements. There was a hole the size of a fist in our bathroom door, missing floor molding, holes in the bedspread etc.

Convenient location for our trip. Price was fair.

The building needs remodelied. There are floor support beams holding the floor from collapsing. Unfinished plywood thst looks like it has been there for a year or two. The first room we had reeked of cigarette smoke. We requested a different room and that one was way better. Overall it is run down but you can't beat the price.

That the key card did not go to the room I was given and having to walk back to the office three times to let them know just for him to go and try himself as if I'm retarded and he too came back saying it didn't work...well no shit Sherlock. So I was given a larger room obviously for my troubles and the fridge was broken , stinks and dirty,

When I booked the room it said it was a two queen bed handicap accessible room but had only one bed. Thankfully I was not in a wheelchair as you couldn't have navigated to the bathroom. Also the bed was so high it was a challenge for me to get into it.

The breakfast was basically non-existent.

The air conditioning in the room was messed up and going in and out barely blowing and the guy at the front desk when I checked in put me in an upstairs room and I didn’t know it was upstairs so I came back and ask for a room downstairs he told me that he couldn’t which rooms because it was no rooms left I when I seen 3 empty rooms on the 1st floor that nobody was in. I had 2 kids that were 7-8 years old and they brought scooters and outdoor toys to be able to play outside and it would be easier to watch them and carrying a family of 4 stuff upstairs and I sent my husband to get towels because we were there all weekend and they didn’t want to give us any towels went down and asked for towels and they gave us 1 towels for 4 people! But the room was clean but the phone charger outlets didn’t work.

The pool was nice it was the reason we were going to a hotel! The pool was clean and well maintained it was clear clean water and didn’t smell like straight chemicals and burn your eyes! And the room was clean and decent looking furniture

They had guest out in parking lot play loud music late at night. Called front desk and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Went to front desk and the over night lady did not want to resolve the issue. She told me to say something to them. I would not. Not only did I feel that she didn’t feel safe about but that also made me feel unsafe. I got very little sleep and checked out by 7:30am. Also not much of grab and go breakfast was not impressed at all. Will not be staying there again.

Breakfast was non-existent and gone very quickly in the morning. They took a $75 damage deposit and have still not refunded it 4 days later. Just wondering if I will ever get it back!

Facility was clean, but showed age. Microwave had rust inside, weather strip was loose on bottom of the door. Soap and shampoo dispensers were fastened to the wall with painter's tape. Stale smell in room
