Room was clean BUT walking on the tile with no socks our feet turned black. The maids are not doing their job. They are not washing the floor. Also my door could not use the dead bolt. Maintenance came but they couldn’t fix it. The door wasn’t aligned right. So they said I had lift door a bit so I could use the dead bolt. That door so heavy I couldn’t lift it. Even my 15 yr old son tried.

People there were nice. A lot of people whom are staying there are actually living there. Many children playing around.

It was comfortable and I was able to easily take my dog outside with no issues.

Next to a Hooters, kids playing kick ball in the driveway hitting cars with ball. Tub was FILTHY! Looked like it was rusted thru out!

It was one floor my dog with cancer could get in and out easily.

At first hard to get husband out of car. No handicap parking without cement stops Then could NOT get the door open. Was never told the had to be turned up instead of down. Went to office with a very nice and helpful gentleman from upstairs trying hard to help me. Stood for quite awhile due to NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. Then the remote didn’t work so called the office. Took sometime before someone came then found out needed batteries. Then left to hunt down batteries. Temp was hard to regulate

The room was nonsmoking but smelled like heavy smoke. The room was extremely warm. I had to keep turning on the air conditioner to cool the room down. The night manager accused my dogs of barking all day and all night when actually the barking was coming from the room next to me. There was no phone in the room so I walked around to the office to request clean towels. They told me to go back to my room get the towels I had and bring them to the office to get new towels. That’s ridiculous and not customer friendly.

The location was good. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and very helpful. I didn’t have to pay an additional fee to have my pets with me

There were bugs. Lobby smelled like cleaning supplies and that was alright. Upon inspecting the room; there were tiny bugs in the toilet, in the bathtub, bathroom floor, in the mini fridge and around the sink area. After cleaning them and killing the visible ones there did not appear to return. Pillows were small and lumpy.

The staff was nice during check in. Location was close to all the places we needed and wanted to go.

My room smells like a kitty litter box and I can't get the smell out no matter what I do.

I like the way the hotel is set up. I like the shampoo and conditioner and body wash an hand soap dispenser they have in the bathroom. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Clean room, clean washroom would be appreciated since we are paying for it but didn’t receive the facilities or cleanliness.

The washroom was dirty. The sink was dirty. It was awful. Don’t ever plan to book with Red Roof inn - Detroit ever again.
