I didn't like how annoyed the people were at the front desk, I hated how filthy and sticky the surfaces were, and I had to clean the countertops, sink, and tub when I got there. The comforter that was on my bed had several burn holes in it, and when I asked for a different one, I was told that they didn't carry extra linen. I also believe that there was a bit of mold inside of the air conditioner, being that you could smell it when turning on the air.

I'm glad that maintenance came and fixed the tv.

My TV in the room did not work all night I went up to the desk and playing they gave me a new remote the remote didn't control nothing on it so I sent her all day with no TV all I could do is listen to the people lurking around the parking lot all night

I'd like the price and I like the fact that they just took a cash deposit so you didn't have to wait 5 days to get your deposit back

It’s not very clean and it’s hit or miss if you’ll get a room with a tv remote, working ac, and it seems a lot of people may be living there long term. It’d be really awesome if they cleaned it better. The floors and mirrors need to be deep cleaned (always streaked or have a residue on them) and the bathrooms need to be thoroughly cleaned between guests (always hair in the tub, dirt in the corners of the floors, even little bugs in the bathroom sometimes)

The lady at the front desk is phenomenal. Very excellent service.

sheets are changed only on request and not daily internet very slow and we had no internet couple days key doors get stuck and we had to get new keys every other day

The room was nothing like the photos on the website and I had to contact the front desk as the toilet seat was swinging off the base. Something that housekeeping should have caught before the next patron came in. Also didnt like the fact that I booked two rooms on the same credit card and we were not put beside one another. In fact, we were put in totally separate buildings. When I asked if we could be put beside one another, the girl at the desk just said sorry....we're booked up. I found it unsatisfactory that a family was not put beside one another when I booked in advance. Housekeeping also didnt come in after the first night to make the beds.

The rooms are never clean. Always hairs in the tub, dirty/smeared floors, half the time there’s no remote, phone never works and the housekeeping staff is VERY rude

AC is really noisy, and when I turned it ON, some really bed smell was coming out of it. It was pretty bad, so I had to turn it off.

The cleanliness was lacking, though we weren't expecting a 5 star experiences. The main issue was that there were crumbs and some dirt on the bed. Inside the sheets was clean and I did not see evidence of bed bugs or anything like that but it was unsettling to see crumbs on the bed when walking into the room.

Checking in and out was fast and easy, the employees were very nice. The room provided all of the basic necessities and we didn't need anything extra. We ordered pizza to the room and it was delivered on time without any complications.

I could tell my room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. there was dust on some surfaces, even trash left on the tv stand. the carpeted area hadn’t been vacuumed and the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. There was a bottle cap from the conditioner left on the soap dish in the tub, which made me feel it hadn’t been cleaned and the bathroom floor had some sort of oily residue on it. There were also no hand towels provided.

It’s been updated since my last stay. Nice tv selections. Very comfy, clean bed. The staff was very friendly
