We've ended up with no hot water twice since we've been here and im not understanding how when this is a hotel. Then the microwave went out. Had to wait for a new 1 and now the heat doesn't work in the room we are in so it's freezing cold on top of it being cold out side so if my daughter gets sick then what.

1st few nights the air and heat worked.

Bed mattress was about 3” thick. Toilet cistern cover was the wrong size and held on by tape. Noisy neighbours. Noisy A/C.

the building is very outdated but they were actively working on updates. our room was still on the old and musty side but we didn't stay for very long, just a few nights.

I like that I could park right outside the room and there was a dog walk area close by.

Room floor was dirty and dead flies on the floor. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and roaches in the bathroom.

We were awoken at 1:30 am by a screaming dog outside of our door. Also the tv was broken.

The bed was clean, and the worker showed us how to get to the room which was nice.

No towels or toilet paper, the toilet seat was broken. They had me go to the office to get the toilet paper instead of bringing it up.

Maybe 151 is just a bad room but for starters. Ac wasnt working initially, microwave had no plate inside to spin food, no refrigerator, phone and alarm clock not connected, drawer plugs didn’t work, shower stopper would stay down so water just filled the tub unless I stuck a towel in it to keep it up, shower was like cracking a safe; I had to find the right spot for a decent shower and the spot was different everyday. The water was either really cold or really hot. It wasn’t the cleanest but it was bad. Lastly my remote did not work with my Tv and the person sent to fix it did nothing but press random buttons for a few minutes and said he’ll be back to fix it. He never came back. Other than all of that, the stay was decent.

The property was close to a lot food spots, stores, and gas stations.

"Deluxe" room had no towel rack, & a broken TP holder. Property failed to inform us that that do not bring clean towels to our rooms; they only offer them between 0900-1600, the time guests are most likely to be gone. Our requested adjacent rooms were anything but. One room lacked the promised double beds. Rooms 214 and 233 smelled of smokers.

Staff was not friendly at all. The odor of the lobby was horrible. The rooms are definitely not the cleanest. You get what you pay for. It’s definitely a cheap place to grab for a night. Oh and don’t ask for an extra towel because it is against the rules. I won’t be staying here again.

Its location is great. It’s near stores and many restaurants. Great options in the area.

Checked in...was quick and easy then got to my room and my door handle was broke on the inside...was going to deal with it till my son got locked in the room and couldn't get out. Front desk changed us rooms and she was real nice about it..but...that's a fire hazard. The second room after doing our checking around the room....the smoke detector is not even hooked up.... another fire hazard. Other than that... This place was decent and pretty clean

We had to switch rooms multiple time. Room 1 No fridge / not clean. Room 2 broken bed. Room 3 broken air conditioner/ bad smell/ lock was messed up. Room4 had most things but smelled like cigarettes and comforter was dirty and found blood on the sheet

Room was very tight, hardly able to walk by one another. The key card and/ or lock, got stuck multiple times. The mattress and box springs are in desperate need of an upgrade. Very springy, worn down and hard to sleep on, considering it's a king room. The "comforter" was legit thinner than the flat sheet. The room offered TV, AC (kind of), and a desk of which had a hole for a mini fridge but didn't even offer that. My husband actually repaired the towel rack in the shower area because it was laying on the toilet tank. Compared to other options in the same area, this place really needs an update!
