The rooms air conditioner wasn't working properly, and the room was not stocked with enough towels and washcloths for me and my guest. And the room smelled like stale smoke

Check in staff smelled strongly of alcohol with slurred speech. Sent us to an already occupied room. Not ideal but we made it work.

The room smelled like smoke, even know there was a sign that stated it was a smoke free hotel. The floor of my room was dirty. And it looked like all the unhoused people in the area lived there.

First off, there was a horrible odor in the small check-out room. The room appeared to have not been used in days. Filthy & dusty tables. Dirty tub, not to forget the baby roaches crawling on the tub & bathroom floor. My sister & I always bring disinfectant to motels. We sprayed everything everywhere. More roaches were on the carpet and wall, and a baby roach was in the first bed. I bring my own sheets, pillow, & blanket, to use instead of the motels. We were going to see if we could change rooms, but figured if one room had roaches, others did too. Was awoken several times throughout the night with people talking, laughing, etc. outside our windows & door.

The location was close to my surgeon's office. The room was close to our vehicle, we didn't have to walk far.

Check in was at 3pm. The guy working the front desk gave us a key card to a room with only one bed, even though I reserved a room with two beds. We got there at 3:00 to check-in, the room was not ready until a little after 4pm. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned. The staff working the front desk were not very friendly. The housekeeping was friendly. Once we saw how filthy the inside of the lobby was, we were concerned with what our room would look like. We went to the room we were supposed to stay in and gave the cleaning lady money to make sure our room was cleaned thoroughly. There was no microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. It was very ghetto!

The room was not what I paid for when I booked the reservation. It was sub-par. There were not enough towels and wash cloths, luckily I always carry a spare in my overnite bag. The vending machines were empty and unplugged. It just was not a pleasant experience at all, but I made due.

It’s supppose to have been nonsmoking room. It smelled of stale cigarettes, the smell never went away.it got into all of my clothes. Two days before our stay I wanted to verify the room reservation since I changed it. I called 8 times and no response,THe next day was the same no answer all day. Someone finally answered she didn’t even say the name of the hotel. I had to ask. The website never gave me any information about the room either.

The room I received was not like the pictures I saw when I booked. There were not as many amenities, as promised or expected.

The ice machine, seemed clean, and was functional. The air conditioner worked well.
