I had to sit on the bed to eat my dinner....my husband sat on one chair provided...bit uncomfortable .. otherwise it was great 😃

The place needs renovating to justify the cost. Room had tears on seat. Bed was lumpy. Breakfast was mediocre.

The street noise and loud AC.

For the price, we were pleasantly surprised by the value. Our room was clean and comfortable, and came with the amenities we prefer (fridge, microwave, hot continental breakfast, etc). The AC worked great even during a heatwave. The location is very central to the airport, and we felt safe.

I am a Booking, genius, been using them for many years. I was attending a relative funeral. I wrote them and asked if I kind of a later checkout. I got no response. On the day where I needed to register my card there were fees attached for late check outs nowhere on Booking‘s website. Did it say anything about extra fees for late checkout or early check-in. I’ve used Booking for many many years. I’ve never ran across such a thing. Therefore, I’ll never use a wind hotel again. These extra fees should’ve been disclosed upfront on the booking page.

There was a lot of little things or areas in the room that needed to be cleaned and could easily be cleaned very quickly that are obviously skipped or over looked or just ignored like brown stains on the white lamp shade that are immediately noticeable when you come into the room, dirty splatter of some kind or stains on the blinds, bathtub, walls and random places around the room and the floor was dirty so if you didn't wear socks your feet were like covered in a layer of dirty dust and I had to wash mine. The room was very small for a king size bed, it needs to be bigger to accommodate the size of the bed and the room around it so guests can move about more comfortably. . And the sink drains really slowly like it is clogged or something so it was filled with water for a while after using it every time.

I liked that the bed was big and real comfortable. I liked the Dove products offered like body lotion, shampoo, body wash and stuff that you could use. I enjoyed the breakfast they provided.

Floors weren't very clean, and and needed to ask for an extra towel.

The bed was comfortable. Refrigerator, and TV worked. Had a new appearance, and great hair dryer. Also extraad on was soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers. Plus coffee maker.

Parking. The room was small. The walkway to the room needs improvement. It really was a tripping hazard .

It was well located for our needs. The continental breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. The Room was clean.

Breakfast was standard for mid-range chain hotels. Nothing special but not bad for no additional cost. The hotel room itself was a bit dated and the first one we were given smelled like a smoker had just abused it the night before. Thank goodness for Hawthorne!

Location is great, being like 5 minutes from the airport. Staff was very good, especially Hawthorne Watson. He was personable, attentive, accommodating, and friendly! Hawthorne made staying there feel more like home!

Room 301 was very, very noisy. I informed the staff and I was moved to a quieter room...we were very appreciative of this. Our next 2 nights were good.

There was no soap in the shower. The bottle was completely empty. I don’t like the sheets on the bed. They didn’t stay in place so they were rolling up underneath me all night and too much noise from traffic.

There was glass or can spills on one night stand. Otherwise, the room was clean.

I asked for quiet and the room I was given provided that. Actually, it was a great room overall because it wasn't the standard rectangle. It had shutters on the windows. It felt homey and light.
