Reserved and confirmed for 3, I expect enough towels and wash cloths, I didn't know i had to ask. Room had to be aired from cigarette smoke. Trash from live ins in a pile under stairs. 3 permanent cars parked in the load and unload area for checking in. No handrail in bathtub,not good for handicap or senior.

Location was great, access to restaurants and shopping. Clean facilities. Friendly front desk. Nice lobby to meet guests in. Accomidating.

I think it's a good place to stay for a night, but I don't think I'd stay longer than that. Not anymore, at least. When I walked into my room, the smell of cigarettes remained, the curtains were tainted yellow at the ends, I kept hearing a croaking noise by the fridge (I didn't open it by the way. I left it closed for the 3 nights I was there.) a cockroach was seen by the bathroom. The furniture was nice and it looked new, except the couch did look dirty with random stains over it and the desk also has remaining stains as if someone ate on it and it wasn't cleaned. It's like everything was just covered up with paint but the old stuff remained underneath. I don't know. Maybe I'm being too picky, but I just didn't feel 100% comfortable, but it was the most affordable one in the area. There was also a slight amount probably an inch worth of space between the wall and the door itself when it would close- so it would close properly but you can see light from the opening so I put a chair to cover it up. I don't recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable stay for a few days. I booked it based on reviews which weren't bad and it had good reviews on cleanliness and the photos were nice. I felt betrayed lol. The only one that's accurate is probably the one lobby as it was actually very nice. I think, possibly, everything is being renewed?? Not sure.

I liked that this was in a good location as it wasn't far from the venue for a show I was attending and there's fast food and convenience stores nearby which were extremely convenient.

We ordered a room with a whirl pool that didn't work. When the front desk was notified we asked if we could either move rooms or decrease our cost since it wasn't working properly. The gentleman on the phone was sweet and said to get back to the manager the next day. The next day the woman at the desk on 4/21 was very rude when asked questions pertaining to the previous night's phone call and would claim we were lying we also tried to inform the staff of what we saw in the tub to help a little. She just had us write our number down and told us the manager would give us a call. Which we never received.

The first staff member talked very fast when giving directions to room, also stating the room doors were on the inside of property.when they wers attainable on the outside of the property. Shift change I suppose and this guy was just plain irritated.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, appears newly renovated with very nice entryway, foliage and pool.

I had such a great time, I extended for a week. The room was so clean and fresh. Sheets and bathroom was spotless. I didn’t have any issues bringing my dog. 10 stars GREAT job Red Roof DFW, this is where I will be staying every visit.

They tried to charge me more than the reservation was for. The roo. Had extra broken sofa bed in it. There was no privacy. The air took for ever to get cool. The maids had to come inthe room every day if you were there or not so we had to pack all our stuff when we left for the day to come back and find out the only thing they did was take out the trash and put 2 towels in the bathroom. The pool was dirty and staff rude and the work out room wouldn't open and staff said oh well

Very dirty and sheets and towels felt crusty old and dirty. Walls were covered in grime and looked like the place hasn’t had a deep clean in decades.
