We stayed in Room 210 on 10/13/2023; $83.87 for the night. The room had a fridge, microwave and safe, but no coffee. The toilet had weird stains in it, and the TV received only three channels. There were no blankets on beds and the bathroom floor was sticky, with (oh no – not a fan of this “amenity”) a plunger next to toilet, which ran. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. The shower had reasonable pressure, ran hot, and the tub drained well. I observed cigarette butts all around the property. Grade C.

Well the property is a good location. And the rooms themselves are cleaned. The beds very comfortable. The reason I scored it so low is due to the staff and management. I had two bad experiences at this establishment. I had been a good customer. I stayed usually every other Saturday. I never gave them any problems. I always left my room clean. But there w was one instance where the staff messed up on checkout and tried to keep my security deposit. The staff was very rude. I was called a liar and ended up having to go through corporate to deal with that issue. Corporate allowed me compensation so I went back and had no issues and thought it was a one-time thing. But upon my next return they refused to rent me a room and ended up charging me for my stay. Anyway. Then they lied to booking.com and told them that I never showed up. I had to go through corporate again in order to get them to return my money. So while this may be affordable and comfortable. Stay at your own risk because there is the possibility they may screw with your money. And don't expect the staff to be helpful if there is an issue.

The location, price and comfort of the beds makes it a good stay. However be careful with your money. I'd recommend only staying here if you are able to use a credit card.

Desk falling apart wasn't great, but not a bid deal. Unswept floor and sticky carpet weren't good though. AC controls were very worn, so it took a bit of random button pushing to get it going-but it worked well.

Well I got to my room. The room was nasty, looked like the cleaning people didn't even clean all they did was made the bed. Someone dirty socks was on the floor, stains all over the walls, the bed was broken down, also there was no remote to the TV. It was every disappointment.

garbage outside was overflowing, bedding was dirty, very noisy air conditioner, full of lots of dirt/ dust on floors around beds, staff were always on cell phone and had to wait outside for someone to answer the door, tv didn’t have a remote then went to office to get one and didn’t work still
