The front desk workers were very polite and helpful. The maintenance person sprayed room 320 (he Said) but the very next day it smelled again. The front desk people gave me 50% off of my last day. This made me feel a little better.

The construction and the lobby furniture were worn down. My shower in my room spilled water out on the floor. The bath towels were not big enough for an adult body.

Had to wait 10-15 minutes when we arrived for desk staff to arrive.

Very clean, easy to find, easy to get to major sites, although we were there for a surgery at TGH.

Our room was on the dated side of things but I’m sure they’re on the phase two of the remodel so even then it was super clean and comfortable just outdated and worn out a bit.

Excellent pool, The service staff was on point, they are currently remodeling but the improvements will enhance the place. Great stopover if you’re traveling with kids and want a hotel where the pool and hot tub are way above average. Breakfast is made to order and all the staff are super friendly. Would return.

We stayed Monday Match 10th. I'm still waiting for my $50 charge to be returned. We did not have any incidentals. Breakfast choices were not appealing. We went elsewhere.

Hotel did a great job accommodating with provided earplugs, but the location is next to the freeway, which makes it convenient but unfortunately noisy.

Updated rooms were are conveniently designed - device charging ports everywhere, convenient room entryway, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and great housekeeping. Kids eat free for breakfast with paid adult meal (reasonably priced), great to have free parking, also fast wifi.

I asked for an extra blanket. It was not in the room. I have neuropathy in my feet and need for that reason., I would of liked a bar of soap rather than liquid pump dispenser.

I had requested for towels and washcloths for our room from the hotel clerk, I was handed the towels (she looked at me and hesitated) and she stated that she will bring the washcloths to my room and never did. However, I was able to get it from another clerk.

The carpet in room was coming up and I stepped on the nail strip board which obviously isn’t good if you have kids. The area is not the best

The price was soso. We splurgged a little more than we usually do for a olace to stay, for the occasion. The breakfast was supposed to be $12 per person through check in. Instead we paid close ro 40 some dollars for breakfast our moening there. It was slightly above continental breakfast quality, but not 40 dollars worth. Not to mention, i dont believe they offered drink refills. I would have preferred continental breakfast becausw then i at least can eat what i want and am not limited on amount and can have more than one drink. They do have "servers" but it just wasnt worth what we paid. I'd have preferres going out to a resteraunt or continental breakfast. The elevator seems a little testy, dated, and SMALL. My husband and I are on the fluffier side, but we could barely fit us a rolling suitecase and a trolly with our other stuff on it in the elevator. Had to squeeze a bit. The maids didnt speak any English. We just wanted a couple extra big towls for showering and she had no idea what were were talking about. And the one that was nearby as we were about to check out, my husband let them know know the room was almost ready for them to have and she looked at my husband blankly. Neighborhood seems slightly sketchy. Had someone at the desk i belive call us on the hotel phone, early in the morning and then hung up once i answered. The extra furniture was meh. Sockets and ports in the bedside tables were lose and untrustworthy. The side lamps are on the wall and a descent amount above the height of the mattress. So if you wanted to turn the light off while laying in bed, uts near impossible unlesd you're super tall torso.

I was unsure of the location online and with what is nearby, but once we got to our room ans I saw our view from the window, it took my breath away when we could see Mt. Ranier! The bed was super comfy imo. My husband thought it was a little on the stiff side. I also love that on each side there was a soft pillow and firm pillow!! All hotels should do this! The TV was pretty big for a hotel room, tho we didn't watch much of it. There was a small safe in the closet. Checkout isnat noon and if you're a member you can check out even later or pay to check out later!! We didnt go, but an attached comedy club. Thr busy street is right there and visible, but the mountain view and black out blinds helped with the eye sore of the busy street and markets across the street. The traffic sounds didn't bother me any, but someone that doesn't like that or the eye sore, could have a problem. Had a slide table for a chair or bed in the room - tho the bed being on a solid base made it not so suitable for the bed. The art in the room. Full length mirror.
