It’s an older property and could use some updates. The bed mattress topper and sheets weren’t great when I first got in bed but they didn’t bother me once I got to sleep and I slept great.

Convenient location. Nice lobby. Keycard worked great on all doors. Parking lot was well lit and it was easy to find a parking spot, even arriving late. Very quiet. I was on the back side of the property on the 3rd floor. AC worked great. The employee at the front desk could not have been more pleasant, sincere and welcoming.

Asked for more coffee cups for room coffee maker...the girl at desk said they didn't have any more....The pool needed to be cleaned....Seemed to be homeless looking people in and around building....

The TV didn't work the following day to watch the news. The TV service was frikiling and couldn't watch any channels For paying $100 a night...I don't believe it was worth it.

Both the pool and the hot tub was unavailable to the guests. There was a lot of kids staying there and they were running down the halls late at night and knocking on guests doors and running off.

There is an extra deposit requirement for locals who want to stay the night. This was not disclosed until I was standing at the counter. I was able to get it waived, thanks to the gentlemen working that day and the manager. Had I known ahead of time it would not have been an issue.

Jacuzzi room is worth the stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Internet wifi should be included with a stay. Signal for the internet within the city is limited. So visiting and uploading pictures and post the city should consider getting 5G in downtown area.

Beds weren’t very comfortable. Had to call front desk for linens for the sleeper sofa and there was an old blood stain on the mattress of the sleeper sofa. Couldn’t turn off the lights in the foyer and table area without turning off all of the lights. For 5 people in my room we only had 1 piece of soap for the sink and the shower. No coffee maker in the room.

Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We had a 2 queen suite. We especially got that because our oldest wanted to sleep on the pull out sofa, that didn’t happen, the pull out sofa was broken, had pee stains or throw up stains not even sure what it was but it was gross. My oldest completely covered the sofa with a sheet to not have to sit on the actual sofa. The chair sofa by the window was also broken. The exhaust fan in our restroom did not work, the TP wasn’t great either :/. The headboards were full of dust/handprints like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

The size of our room was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful, loved that the breakfast lasted until 10am instead of 9am like usual hotels, it was all delicious too especially the “Texas” waffles.
