Breakfast has limited options and the gym has very limited equipment

The room was very big with a lovely bathroom, and it was always very clean, with a microwave and a fridge with many plug sockets. It's in a brilliant location with Katy Mills mall near and about a 30 minute drive into Central houston

We had a three nights stay the first night one of our cards didn’t work the second night neither one of our cards worked. Both of us kept our cards separately in our back pockets and the young lady. Told my husband, we must’ve put them by our phones and neither one of them were by our phones. Sunday morning. I came down for breakfast at 8:40 and there was nothing in the trays and I asked if anything more was coming out the sign says 6 to 9 and I was told whatever was in there wasthe last of it. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper the back of the bathroom door and the tub was disgusting. Urine around the toilet. We didn’t even stay Monday night. We were there for a funeral after the funeral. We decided to pack up and take a 20 hour trip back home. I had just gotten out of ICU from a coma and on some very important medication because the counters were filthy. We took all my medication to the family of the deceased. I stay in several hotels a year for work purposes. WhileI have never expected perfection, cleanliness, basic supplies, and courteous employees are a bare minimum of what to expect. None of those reasonable expectations were met. We are highly disappointed..

I really didn’t have any issues

I like the location wasn’t out the way, food close by, gas station and the facility was clean and comfortable. They also served continental breakfast which came as a surprise but a good one.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Hall odor a little strong.

Great location. Reasonable price. Room clean. Bed hard, but great for those with bad backs, so I liked it.

There was no chair in the room other than the desk chair which was very inconvenient for two people. There was no place to set luggage. The bathtub floor was dirty and had lots of hairs from the prior guest. There was no grab bar in the shower — most hotels now have them in all rooms, not just ones designated as disability access.

Quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet). Good vanity space to set toiletries. Easy parking. Courteous and helpful front desk staff.

It felt dingy and dirty. Floor of room did not seem clean. Coffee machine in room was sticky and dirty. Linen on bed was lumpy and felt very cheap. Towels in bathroom felt old and worn with old stains. Staff was not the most welcoming or friendly.

The air freshener was very strong throughout..smelled great but it was so strong in the room I got a headache..a bit of rich jasmine I think..too heavy.. TV never worked..seems it works off wifi and the wifi was down. I heard it's a regular complaint .

Hotel is fairly new..clean and a good budget hotel.

They originally charged us over 50$ more than what we were quoted when booking. The front desk man did issue a refund which was nice but the blankets are very thin so bring your own ! The towels were like sandpaper but overall the stay was pleasant.

The hotel was clean and well worth the price we paid.

A little improvement on the breakfast would be great but it's still a plus to have free breakfast as is.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was nice. Mini fridge is a good amenity to have in the room. Decent size TV.
