Although I booked my room in advance… I waited in line to check in for over 20/30 minutes. Staff seemed annoyed and the atmosphere felt awkward. My stay felt like a problem, not a vacation. Overpaid.

The in-room refrigerator was the smallest size imaginable and it was sitting at floor level. The tray under the small freezer had water in it. The cabinet for the refrigerator was built for a larger frig. There was a closet but no hangers. Lobby was unattractive.

One of our rooms had a possible clogged bathtub, room 316. A lot of reviews said that you can hear your neighbors. We agreed. If you want private space, this might not be the best.

To provide more comforters, fix themostat Provide soap in sink, n tissue in restrrom. (not just in bath tub) Provide hot water or coffee or tea in lobby, may be travel pamphlets - more hospitable n welcoming

Not enough comforter, thermostat not working, cold n chilly at night. Customers in other rooms were speaking very loud n children running at night.

There was a small cockaroach in the room. The room was very dated. There was no thermostat so the heater stayed on all night and the heat could not be regulated. The restaurant was closed. There were no extra blankets in the room . The bed was not super comfortable

Bathroom sink faucet was loose, bathtub plug thingy fell apart and there was mold on bathroom ceiling and bedroom ceiling probably due to no bathroom exhaust fan.

The garbages in hallways overflowing. The spa was filthy and didn’t work. Broken tiles from the spa were on the ground around area. Four people were notated to be in our room only 2 bath towels were given.

It wasn't quiet because my room faced the street and gas station. The interior design was basic and had everything needed, but it didn't feel cozy. The continental breakfast felt like a school lunch, and there was no breakfast room to sit in. The bathroom fan was dusty, and the shampoo/body wash wasn't filled.

The room was large, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was frendly and helpful.

I was told the hot tub worked when I called. Looked like it didn't work in years. Jet button broke. Put feet in and burned my skin! I felt I was lied to and I rented the room for a hot tub. 😞

The pool was supposed to be heated but wasn't. The room was clean but kind of shabby. There was no stopper for the tub. The walls were very thin. We had noisy neighbors and it was very disturbing, especially late at night. Also, the toilet was like it was made for a child.

Room was small and felt like a cave . One wall was painted bricks. The bathroom door was a barn door sliding door that did not cover the entire door. Anyone using restroom or shower had zero privacy. Our room was by ice machine at end of the hall so all night people clanking on the ice machine stomping down the hall. It may have just been that particular room as our friends had a room down the hall and said they had a regular closing bathroom door and their room was comfy and nice so….. maybe just room 301.

Easy access to property . Beds are comfy and pillows are comfy . Gas station in the parking lot so easy access to snacks and drinks .
