The room was not ready on time, shower handle was very hard to work, carpet was not cleaned had leave on the carpet, hot tub had no water.

Hair in the ice bucket, urine on the bottom backside of the toilet. Shower made a weird noise when you turned it on and it was kinda hard to figure out the temps.

We always stay because it is quiet and the parking works for a truck and trailer. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and happy.

A bunch of inconvenientl things. The "breakfast" was a refrigerator with bottled juice, yogurt and a frozen breakfast sandwich. The pool and spa were broken. The first room they gave me the ac didnt work and the other room the door wouldn't open correctly.

The beds were soft and the rooms were spacious. There was plenty of parking. It looks like at one time this hotel was very lively and well kept. The front office was in a circular building which housed a defunct hotel restaurant and convention rooms - which was like a Retail Archeology episode.

Three days no clean towels one coffee no cream/sugar no tea we booked two beds three days no clean up at all not even towels Kitchen menu ok oatmeal/ran out of almost everything by 9am…had to tell them and they only restocked a couple things

There wasn't any air conditioning. A floor fan was provided, but it was not working properly. The room was hot.

It was a nice room that seemed to be recently updated. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided. The staff were friendly and nice.

The heater in the room was broken, there were not many covers on the bed so we were cold at night and in the morning. The television hardly got any channels and no local channels. If they aren’t going to pay for adequate cable, don’t charge full price for room.!

The fridge didn't work, but we didn't even use it. Beds were average, but I will say that I slept pretty decent. Pillows were really comfortable. The staff was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being on the main road. I'd stay there again.

Room had a lot of problems and was dirty when I got there. Under the sheet was what looked like the cap off a syringe, smoke detector and phone non-functional, room heat was not working correctly and soaked the carpet on the floor.

bathroom fan did not work. carpet needs a good cleaning. Entry door wasm difficult to open needs repair. dog area a long long way from some rooms. Called front desk 2 times no one would answer the phone. The coffee syrup bottles need cleaning.

Our room, the inside door handle was busted. And fell off anytime you had to open the door. With that being said the front desk did offer for us to switch rooms. But at that point we were already situated. The rooms also seem very out of date and are in deep need of a remodel, and this is coming from someone who has stayed here over a dozen times in the last 15 years. Until things start to change here I'm not sure if will be staying here again for awhile.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
