The Red Coach Inn is a unique and very pleasant place to stay In Niagara Falls. The Location is excellent, the closest place to stay to the Niagara Falls state park – right across the street, no need to drive in. It is also within a few minute walk along the river to get to Rainbow bridge for beautiful views of the Falls & Fireworks. The Red Coach Inn looks like it has been transported from England in it’s Tudor style which is extremely elegant. The Restaurant is one of the best in the area. With inside seating, enclosed patio seating and open air (with cover) seating. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were very comfortable too. Two tips for future guests: Make reservation if you decide to eat at the Red Coach Restaurant for dinner and ask if you can request a specific table. We enjoyed our stay on the 2nd floor room, but if you have mobility issues make sure to only book rooms on the 1st floor.

Our bathroom sink did not drain. We looked at dirty water in the sink for 3 days. I ordered the surf and turf May 18; the lobster was mushy and the steak was well done though medium rare was requested. I was disappointed.

The room was warm and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was luxurious. Breakfast was amazing both days and the staff was professional yet friendly.

For older people or seniors or ones with mobility issues like my husband the bed was too high and the side of tub too high. He had to have assistance getting in and out.

Walking distance from falls. Parking in front of our door. Friendly staff.

There was a lack of attention to detail, such as the side door was unlocked when we got there. They fixed it but it never should have been, that's a security issue. And at least our room wasn't checked over by cleaning staff thoroughly. It wasn't dirty or anything like that, but someone had forgotten socks. Very minor, but for the price you just don't want to see that.

The location is perfect and the breakfast is amazing. The rooms are pretty. Staff was friendly.

There were extra fees not disclosed. They force a $35 gratuity on you and make you pay a $200 deposit. If you aren’t expecting these since your original bill said “includes all taxes and fees” it is an unpleasant way to start your stay. The restaurant is gross. Every table around us was complaining about how terrible the food was. We should have just found another place to eat but it was late and we had already ordered. The tomato sauce was just canned sauce, no herbs or spices added, just straight tomato, everything fried looked and tasted anemic, the $50 seafood platter was a child’s portion and the rice was inedible, chicken parm was flavorless on a pile of about three pounds of cold spaghetti, everything looked like it came frozen or out of a jar, and the waitresses seemed annoyed to serve everyone. You had to ask for everything, silverware, water, ketchup for fries, my husband ended up using his drink lemon for his fish. $200 for a crappy meal and crappy service. The only issue with the room was dirty rags left behind by the cleaning staff (same staff we were forced to leave a gratuity for) and no elevator and no help to bring up the bags. This place is not worth the price.

Great location. Easy walking distance to goat island and maid of the mist. Spacious suites.

Meals were erratic: some were very good, while others were poorly prepared (think runny eggs and rubbery bacon).

The hotel is a shining example of 1950's luxury. That's not bad: our suite was large, comfortable, and conveniently accessible from the street. Couldn't be closer to to the American side of the Falls.
