United StatesI paid 133 for a room that's supposed to have a queen size but instead its a full size mattress with a twin size headboard NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS ON THEY POSTED ON THE BOOKING.COM , the room isn't clean properly, the walls a big cracks straight across the headboard, the walls have hands prints, the mirror wasn't clean, the shampoo packet was opened, window curtains are dirty asf , I've paid way less at hotels downtown Brooklyn that are way more modern and should be the price they call themselves charging here there's no desk, no fridge, phone to call the lobby, there's a bunch guards downtown I didn't even realize that this hotel is also some type of shelter or halfway house so ladies or ppl with children maybe don't come here
That there's alot of security guards given the fact the hotel operator's as a half way house/ shelter so as a woman here alone that was the only semi highlight otherwise it was a waste of money

Close to a real nice least expensive Chinese restaurant. Dunkin’ Donuts and gas station access. Train is directly across from the hotel both sides.

United StatesThere is no wifi at all. The elevator doesn't work and there is no breakfast at all ( not even a cup of coffee). All of these things were falsely advertised. I am now in a la Quinta for a much cheaper cheaper price and good breakfast and wifi is very good. The red carpet inn sucks and they have some neck and balls to charge as much as they do.

United KingdomI didn't like it at all and my daughter was scared that someone would enter over us overnight. At the end of the day, I just wanted a place to put our heads down.
The staff was trying to be friendly, but not very successful as the at the beginning had attitude l. Didn't explain to me what I asked until I said that I will review accordingly. It wasn't dirty, but the amount of money which I paid wasn't clean at all. I paid for breakfast included and they were not doing breakfast. The elevator didn't work, I had 4 luggage and had to walk stairs for 3 levels.

Matress and pillows awfully stained. No furniture. We were promised breakfast and wifi and they provide neither. We only stayed cuz we didn't have the time to search, find and move to another hotel.

United StatesWhile checking-in, stafff told me that its used as mission shelter and only 10 rooms are used for hotel. They dont provide any breakfast and internet. He said, if you decide not to stay, he will not charge me but at 11th hour I did not wanted to go for another adventure. I asked him to show me the room and room was clean but there were only two mattresses placed on top of the mattress box, not even a bed and just one side table, nothing else in the room. I asked if they have a room with chair and table as I need to do some work on laptop and he mentioned that this is the best room. I decided to take it but honestly it wasnt a hotel room. Room, bed and bathroom were very clean though.

United StatesStarting with I was concerned for my safety, even though there was security inside on the lobby, there were people arguing really loud in one bedroom. Scary!!! Plus…One of the lights was removed from the ceiling, the tv had no remote control, one of the night stands had no drawer.
